Exceptional Service and Outstanding Results!
I just had to share how great my experience was with Rosseel. Honestly, I wasn't sure what to expect when I decided to sell my apartment, but these guys really delivered.
The whole process was so much smoother than I imagined. They managed to sell my place in about a week - maybe even less! And the price? Better than I had hoped for. I was really impressed with how they handled everything.
The photos they took were gorgeous and really made my apartment shine.
Benjamin was fantastic to work with. Super professional but also just really easy to talk to. He explained everything clearly and I never felt like I was being pushed or pressured. Just solid, honest advice throughout.
Really happy I chose them!

I have been living in Belgium for 9…
I have been living in Belgium for 9 years and have been renting a house/apartment in Brussels and here in gent then, this is the first agency told me we can't rent a property under their agency because the main income of my husband is not from Belgium, fyi my husband is from the Netherlands. And I work in Belgium. I have been told by one of their agent named Benjamin after many appointments and viewing the properties . They should be clearer on their website about this thing, to avoid wasting time.
