I spoke with Lucy she was very thorough in assisting me fill out my flexible Trust form. She was also very polite and welcoming.

Spoke to a very helpful lady called Lucy Allen she guided me through the forms and made it very easy for me.to understand as I had avoided the forms because they looked quite complicated, so thanks Lucy you were fabulous

I dealt with Will and then Brian. For the majority of the arrangements it was Brian i spoke to. He talked me through the process and explained every step.
He found me excellent cover at a good rate and I have no hesitation recommending him and Will to anyone who is looking for advice and cover

It saddens me to write this review but I have to be true to myself .. this company claims
and strives to be a family run business who are customer focussed, unless you make a mistake ( not a financial mistake, just data) and you are then treated appallingly and humiliated beyond belief. Ignored, disrespected , very unprofessional and forced to look for new employment else where.
It’s a boys club.. no rules .. no respect .. just wants to make money at Any cost.

Very easy to talk to, and very polite and courteous when providing the various options that were available to me. Each step of the process was explained in understandable terms, and I’d not hesitate to recommend or use this service again.

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call from Chelsey regarding Insurance she was very pleasant & knowledgeable & informed me of the process I would be undergoing. Anthony then took over the phone call & he was also very pleasant & was very easy to talk to. These two members of staff are certainly a credit to their employers.
