Wow, if only I’d checked them on Trustpilot first. Quoted by email 8-10 euros to repair an ear stud. I took it in to the store but the guy say yes, 8-10 euros but set me up to pay up to agree to pay up to 24 euros without further reference to me.

I’m not going to give these people carte blanche to more than double my bill without asking first to me unless, as the assistant pointed out, I was to sue them. I don’t work with people who do business on the basis that they may need to be sued to get the prices quoted! Waste of my time and petrol.

What is wrong with this Spanish company. They are obviously not big enough to admit they are in the wrong.

They sold me a smart watch for 24 Euros, the watch went faulty in a few days, they replaced it and the watch went faulty (would not charge) within 2 weeks.

They will not give me my money back, even though I have taken them to a local trading officer, who has told them to return the money.

We brought a fitness smart bracelet 6, on 4/09/2023 from the Roselin shop in Dos Mares, San Javier. We had a 12 month guarantee and was told we could take it back within 7 days, if there was a problem with the smart bracelet. 1. We found that you could not see the watch screen when outside of the house, which is the whole point of a fitness watch. 2. The smart bracelet stopped working less than 24 hours after charging and would not function. We took the smart bracelet back to the shop on 6/09/2023 for a refund. The shop assistant refused a refund but eventually changed the faulty unit for a new one, of which we still cannot see the watch screen outside of the house, which is not satisfactory.
I believe their product is a cheap Chinese rip off of the Xiaomi M6, so if you want a smart bracelet, do not buy from Roselin.
