I had a very similar experience to experiences that have already been shared! Why can’t our credit companies go after them??

Wish I had seen these reviews. Ordered early September, received 1 of 2 items on 10/27. Product was so thin you can see through the material. Second item still awaiting.
I will NEVER order from this company again. Cheap not made with any integrity. Do not order!

This company is the most disreputable company I've ever dealt with, ever. I ordered six dresses, received three months afterwards (which didn't fit), never received the other three. Emails flew back and forth, them asking me to photograph the problem. Really? I disputed on my credit card, got the money back, then company said they'd refund me half the amount if I had the chargeback returned to them. Which I stupidly did. Never heard from them again. And I just learned that after two billing cycles I have no more recourse through Chase. Which I'm sure Roselassie knows. I just lost a hundred buck and will be donating the three dresses. Damn! Learned my lesson. Please be smarter. Don't order from them.

SCAM!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! I placed an order for 2 dresses and was charged immediately. I never recieved a shipping confirmation so I emailed customer service to ask about a status on my order and never recieved a response back. Then, one day the link to "view my order" on my order confirmation email just stopped working and went to an error page. So now I have no link to my order and the website roselassie.com no longer exists. Do not let them take your money too.

dang! Wish I had read these other reviews months ago when I ordered. My $150 order was never delivered and no response from customer service after multiple attempts. Total scam. Watch out!

I would give Roselassie -3 stars if I could. Ordered two dresses in March and never received anything. They said they were “out of stock” and would contact me via email once re-stocked. Never heard from them and had to hound them for a refund. They only refunded one item from the $72.00 order. Its been months and customer service won’t respond. I feel this company may be a scam.

Just like the other reviews...I ordered 2 dresses, and it's been 3 months and they still haven't arrived. Contacted them twice - no response!

I would give a zero if possible. scam...ordered in Feb, now May and still missing half my order. Poor quality. Disappointed that a company like this can advertise on Facebook . Total scam

HUGE SCAM- DON’T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. None of the clothing fits as advertised and the fabric is crappy fake silk not cotton or linen as advertised. They requested pics, I sent them twice They responded w “well the clothing looks nice to us, & to make a return their company is in China and my order will most likely be lost.
They were also quick to tell me the cost for me to return would be very expensive & to
please just enjoy the product or gift to a friend”. Unbelievable!!!! Still can’t get them to give a return address. All reviews on fb & insta are not made public. SO SHADY, DON’T WAIST YOUR $$$

This company is a scam. I placed an order back in February, It is now May have not received anything. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!

They take a picture from online and try to copy it but post the picture as the product being sold. However, the material is never the same as in the picture. Their dresses are made of cheap silky stuff rather than cotton or linen that is shown in the picture. The products take MONTHS to get to you. Literally months. I ordered in February. It is now the end of April and I still don't have 2 dresses that I ordered.

Terrible company. After multiple emails, asking for a delivery date I requested that they cancel my order. They asked me to wait longer. I replied no I want a refund. Next day they made a shipping label and said that it’s too late to refund as the shipping process has begin. Waited over another week for the item to leave their facility. When the dresses were received, one dress did not have lining in the bodice even though the description said it was lined. The other dress was made of this weird shiny material when the pictures make it look almost stone washed. I’ve been trying to get a refund. They wanted me to send pictures to prove my statements?!? So weird.

Oh, and they don’t show public comments made on their fb page and all reviews on their website are reviewed before posting as well.

I ordered from this company and only received one dress! They don’t respond to email! Be careful ordering from here!

Not only did the merchandise never come in, they refused to respond to handle the case! What a scam! Do not order from this company! Completely robbed of our time & money when my wife needed a dress for her wedding. the wedding was over a month ago & we ordered 3 months ago! DO NOT BUY!

i have never received my order that i place on Feb 6, it is now March 25th.

Update on this issue:
received an email from Roselassie, and they were so kind as to offer me a $3.00 refund for a dress that i paid $45.00 for. My fault, should have researched this company more. But hope this helps to avoid someone else buying from them.

order dress for wedding, came in way to late, when dress did come in it was not the one i ordered.
emailed them, at which they asked me to email picture of dress and label on bag, which i did.
their reply :
"Hello
we saw the picture you sent, but did not find any problems. If you insist on returning, you will bear the high transportation cost, which is not cost-effective for you, we hope that you can Keep these clothes or give them to friends, this is also a good solution."
only good solution for this company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!

BIGGGGGG SCAM!!!!! Never received my merchandise!!!!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

I placed an order on roselassie.com and never received my order. The website is a scam and everyone needs to report it to Instagram that the site advertises on Instagram and it’s a scam.

I emailed them to check on the status of my order and they basically told me to shut up and be patient. After three weeks of patience I decided I didn’t have to deal with that and I asked for a refund and to cancel my order and they have not replied. I have sent 5 emails within the past week and a half and they have ignored each and everyone of them. DO NOT buy anything from this website. They are thieves and you’ll never get your order or your money back. Spread the word so that they’ll stop robbing people!

I ordered a dress for my wedding a month ago. After 17 emails and being fobbed off by their staff I'm going to have to try to find an alternative dress. Very dissappointing I can't get a straight answer. I would not advise anyone to order from this store.
