Great service and good product. Ordered a ring for my girlfriend and she is very happy with it. They responded quickly and resolved all issues that cane up. They kept their word. But you must use WhatsApp for this level of service. Would highly recommend.

I liked that their customer service department responds very quickly. They refunded my return for free and in full with no fees, excuses or delays. From my experience they do good business

The ring looks awesome. I was given updates about its delivery along the way. I was notified. The UPS guy asked my age and said, "good, cause you need to be 21 to receive the package." And i was like, "what? what if i wasn't older than 21?"

I love that they sent us a ring sizer 1st to ensure accurate ring size which came quickly, luckily they offered that or I would have ordered the wrong size for me and my Fiance. The rings are perfect, we love them. Overall, great experience.

Updated 4 28 2025: rosecjewels sent a prepaid label and i returned the original ring. Rosecjewels sent a new ring which I received last week. Beautiful ring and great customer service!

Cloudy stone, good customer service
The stone , a sapphire, was cloudy and lifeless, so very disappointed in that. But, the customer service was good. They gave us a full refund after we mailed it back. Also good communication through WhatsApp.
