BEAUTIFUL RING EXCELLENT SERVICE
My son ordered a moonstone ring for his girlfriend. There was a slight delay due to availability of the stone. It came yesterday and it was worth the wait. It is BEAUTIFUL! Wonderful craftsmanship and great customer service. I will definitely order from Rosec Jewels again.

You're rolling the dice with this one
We ordered the ring my wife has wanted for a long time - a black diamond. I'm always nervous about ordering online, but there were enough good reviews to warrant trying it. The ring arrive and was beautiful. It was exactly what she had wanted. However, less than a year later, the stone came loose. I contacted them and they told me it couldn't be returned but I could take it to a local jeweler to get it fixed and they would reimburse me $50. I took it to the jeweler, and they said it was going to be $449 to get it repaired because the prongs were not made long enough. Upon informing them of this, they changed their story and said they couldn't help at all. Unless you have a high tolerance for risk or are willing to lose $1000, I'd avoid buying from them.

Good Quality and Brilliance
I liked the quality of the jewelry, seeing the shipping process was quite calming for me. Having the jewels in my hand was a very good experience too. I liked that they weighed and were not hollow inside. I always recommend evaluating the jewelry size, maybe I trusted that my finger was bigger.
I would also like Rosec to redesign of the logo and the packaging to be more elegant or high end as their products, but apart from that everything was perfect.

Really pleased with my moissanite ring from this Seller. The gold weight was good and it is beautifully made. Rosec customer service is excellent and when I requested an exchange for white gold instead of yellow gold (the colour was too yellow & didn't match my wedding ring), they were very obliging and I received the exchange quickly. Great craftsmanship
I bought a plain gold band online. Rosec were the jewlers who crafted my ring. Due to my error the ring needed to be returned for resizing. This is from Aus to India. Rosec bent over backwards to accomodate my error and I had my ring back in a weeks time. The ring is noticeably different to the retailers around here. I'm very impressed with Rosec, they are helpful and proffesional. I love my ring and it would go perfect for a wedding band. Check them out.

My new go to
I’ve ordered twice from this company, first time being a dagger cartilage earring, second time being three custom pieces. The first experience was great, I received pictures of the item before they were shipped off, it came with a diamond certificate. Second experience was even better, I spent a couple days talking with their customer service customising pieces for me, they were very patience and made sure I had exactly what I wanted, the whole process from first chat about the pieces to delivery was less than two weeks, they made the jewellery within a couple days and the shipping time was excellent too. I received certificates and warranty for all the moissanite stones I had.
Definitely my go to for specialist earrings now, absolutely great.
