Useless,rude,breaks the law,and can't meet customers deliver date deadlines . Absolutely joke and an embarrassment to call yourself a business. Brixham at its finest.also have a massive interest in little boys very concerned about this firm.

Bought this for my wife and paid for next day! Not only was it late it also came with another woman’s hair inside hanging from the bear. Absolutely disgusting! And guess what no answer from Customer Service! Please Avoid this site guys

So I ordered a black rose bear for my partner and delivery was very quick, however it was a red rose bear not a black one and I’ve been trying to email them and contact them to tell them to either send me the right one or give me a refund and they aren’t replying to me and it’s been weeks!

Steer clear of this company nothing was delivered after 3 weeks of waiting for the bear to arrive. After numerous emails back and forth asking me to wait and wait longer won’t issue me a refund be aware of this seems to be scam

I was sent the wrong colour and emailed them 5 times asking them to fix it and never heard a reply, avoid at all costs

Next day delivery - ended up being ‘out for delivery’ a week later and two weeks on, still not received. Info email ignoring regarding a refund so have opened a dispute with my bank.

I spent £60 on gifts on the 12th of Feb and paid extra for next day delivery, 2 weeks later I still do not have the items, I have sent numerous emails and had no response I have tried calling and every time get told the number is not in service. Do not buy from them

I ordered a rose bear many years ago from rosebear.com for my sister’s 30th and all was smooth - on time delivery, great quality product and contactable customer service.

This time round, I unknowingly purchased a rose bear from rosebears.com (2 different sites) on Monday 10th February and paid for a special valentine’s delivery. On Tuesday, I decided to read some reviews and was immediately overwhelmed with how many negative reviews there were. I was left with apprehension and thought I, too, would not receive my order. HOWEVER, despite no email replies from support, I received my order on time Friday for Valentine’s Day and the product is as expected. It was delivered using DPD.

It’s sad that others have experienced otherwise.

What ever you do please do not but from them scam totally I can’t believe I fell for this worse company ever ain’t even a company it’s some Indian scam job I swear took £30 pound of me for a rose bear flower never seen the flower or the £30 pound again. They don’t even reply back to your messages. This site should be closed down immediately I will take legal actions against this. So please begging you not to buy from them

SCAM COMPANY

My other half paid £40 for a white rose bear for me to be delivered to work on valentines day, the order states delivered but no order has been. Company do not respond and below reviews reflect the same. Will also be contacting Trading Standards as others have below.

Never received my gift what an absolute scam company

Ordered my partner a white rose bear, needed it fir Friday they said I'd receive it latest Thursday but havnt heard a thing. No delivery so they've f'd up my gift! No update, the number doesn't even work, I've sent a message nothing back. Absolute bullshit I'm fuming gonna post it on social media so people are aware. This isn't acceptable to ruin people's plans, waste their money and waste their time! Literally a scam. Better off ordering from Ebay lol.

Scam company! Wish my partner read the reviews before buying from here. He ordered my a rose bear for my birthday which ended up coming 2 weeks late. Asked to return it because it was no use. But they ignore you and do not respond to emails. Their phone lines don’t even work. They just take your money and don’t bother after that. Will now be going through the bank in regards to this to get our money back. Please be vary do not order I will be putting a review everywhere

UPDATE: the customer service team got back to me and told me to get a f**ing life and that I’m a low life for putting a review up. Still no returns label and being very abusive. Please be wary of this company they will do anything to keep your money!! They have been reported to trading standards adoubt they will be open after this!

Never responded to one email when I tried to refund bad communication with customer highly disappointed will never order from them again!

The website I am worried is a scam and thankfully I was able to get my money back from the bank.

I ordered a rose bear, but wanted to call to enquire and noticed the number wasn’t live. And the address was for a Sainsbury’s. Had no response to my email and I paid for next day delivery and it still isn’t showing as shipped. Payments go through “shop” app but I found out not every shop is legitimate.

I ordered through rosebear.co.uk but rosebears.co.uk seems the same scam unfortunately.

I would like to think they’re not but let’s see…
