Great service
Great service. I had ordered a gift voucher for a friend and it got lost in the post. Phoned up and within minutes they had arranged a further one to be sent .

After 25 years of silence… a sleeping giant awakens. Once the beating heart of the Scottish town of Falkirk, Rosebank Distillery produced a whisky that was often described as the ‘King of the Lowlands’ until it's gates closed in 1993. Saved in 2017, now being restored, soon Rosebank’s unique combination of worm tub condensers and triple distillation will once again be used to create whisky.

Purchased a bottle of their new make and arrived safe and sound, what's more, with a nice miniature whisky gift. Thank you!
[Edit]
So I've just booked the distillery tour in this summer. I'm looking forward to it!

I thoroughly enjoyed a look around the new distillery, which was a far cry from how you imagine a distillery with history would look. The newly designed premises was obviously designed with guests and tourism in mind. A great experience to walk through and actually see and smell the production process, rather than through pictures and TV articles. Great use of the old Lockkeepers bothy, turning it in to a "tasting room". Well worth the visit, and the obligatory taste of three different brands (Rosebank, Tamdhu, Glengoyne).
The only down side was that, in my case, my wife (who had no interest in distilleries or alcohol), sat for two hours in the waiting area, where there were no tea/coffee facilities for people waiting).
Thanks to Dominic for his walk through, but need to slow down a bit in his presentation as some foreign tourists needed time to process what he was saying.

Took the tour of the distillery and it did not disappoint. Our guide; Ivan was friendly, engaging and very knowledgeable. The whisky tasting at the end was very enjoyable and I learned new things about single malt. The shop has a good selection of Whiskies and gifts. Staff throughout were approachable and friendly. All in all this is an absolute gem right on my doorstep. I would thoroughly recommend a trip here.

We visited the distillery for a guided tour the day after it opened. We were greeted at reception, checked in quickly and had time to walk around the shop and chat to the staff member there.
Ivan was our guide, it was his first tour, and he did a great job. He was informative, friendly and made us all feel welcome. He knew the story behind the distillery and its history very well and was able to pass that knowledge on to us in a fun manner.
The distillery itself is an amazing place to visit. It is designed so well, using both new and old materials, and the attention to detail is second to none. The fact that the new owners have used original blueprints, and preserved some original parts, shows the dedication to the history of the distillery and its future.
This tour is a definite for whisky fans, and even those who aren’t huge fans. We will definitely be back again in 8-10 years (IYKYK), if not before.

Visited Rosebank Distillery on the opening day, Friday the 7th June, and what a tremendous tour they are offering.
This is a must see and do, for any Whisky fan, whether beginner or pro!
The staff were informative, welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. That's not something you can say very often these days.
The Distillery itself is an absolutely fantastic design, a masterful weave of the old and new, truly superbly thought out throughout. It's plain to see that no expense has been spared on the vision that has reawakened, and now wears that distinguished tag of 'King of the Lowlands' with well earned pride!
