I purchased a pre-styled gele online, which arrived very quickly, but unfortunately didn’t fit. I called Rose and not only did she find a suitable alternative straightaway, she posted the replacement the same day with a pre-paid envelope to return the original order. Rose was very pleasant and helpful. I'll be sure to make repeat purchases in future.
