I wish I read the reviews before I ordered the dresses. Took so long to deliver them and the quality is really poor.
I washed one of them to see if it stayed the same size but it shrunk.
Please check the other reviews before you buy from them.

If I could give zero I would. Colour is not like the photo on the website -looks washed out-and material feels scratchy.
Very difficult return process-have to e mail them and they then send repeated messages trying to dissuade you from returning the item -as it will be "expensive returning it to Asia" and offering increasing levels of discount for further purchases. I will never buy from them again so this isn't an appealing option.
I have raised a dispute with my credit card company.
AVOID.

Ordered a linen knee length dress for a cruise, picture looked perfect but item received was floor length.
Now they won’t pay to have it returned

The shirt dress is nothing like I ordered. The material and shape is nothing as advertised.
I bought a 5xl thinking it would be floaty can hardly fasten it.. I'm size 18.

scammers for sure - kept seeing a sponsored video on instagram for a linen shirt dress which i bought and when it arrived it was a cotton shirt colour and style nowhere near what was advertised - very first time I have been caught out on something like this so I have been warned.

The evening gown is stunning and the lace detail is exquisite, although the hemline was slightly longer than I anticipated. Overall, very pleased with the service and delivery times.

Please do not buy from this company. Not only will you have to wait ages but the clothes are not as advertised. It doesn't resist wrinkles as advertised. It's cheap and nasty

Poor quality, badly-fitting garbage. I wish I'd read the reviews - clearly there's no point in even trying to return this cheap and nasty garment.

Would be a zero star if I could! Shocking item so thin it’s unwearable. And the returns situation is impossible they tell you the returns address is in China which costs around £30 so they offer you a pathetic 10% refund I pushed them up to 33%, and you keep the terrible clothes! Avoid this company it’s shocking!

It took a little longer because it's a dropshipping site, but the dress was worth the wait! The customer service kept me updated, and the quality exceeded my expectations.

Ordered garment on the 3rd July, it fianlly arrived on the 24th. I hadn't realised that the it was being shipped from Asia which probably means that it was made by workers toiling in sweat shop conditions. I would not have placed order had I known this. Garment itself is poor quality and most definitely not linen as described.

I’ve asked this company to send a return form at least 3 times ! The black dress I sent for just didn’t suit any all ! Can anyone suggest what happens next ???

If there was the option for no stars that would be my vote. Do not use this company returns policy is a joke having to send to China costing £16 rather than UK as stated on the original order

Do not buy for from this company, unless you're prepared to wait a seriously long time for any product. I feel like I have been scammed too as I never received my parcel. It has been in transit for such a long time the delivery makes no sense at all. Just going through the credit card to try and get the money refunded

Very dissappointed with this company and it's second rate goods. Ordered a linen dress. It arrived some weeks later. The fabric was actually cheap cotton. Colour was far from the deep charcoal in the picture and the style was not the same. I did received a number of emails asking me to click to track my parcel. This didn't look quite right so I resisted. The parcel arrived today. Save yourself money, time and frustration. Don't buy from this company!!!
I'm shocked to see there are a couple of positive reviews!

Facebook ad says product will be dispatched by Uk Royal Mail the next day. It turns out not to be true at all and I will have been waiting at least 1 month for my goods. Scam. Do not use!

Very disappointed with Trust Pilot. This company is a scam and any positive review should be viewed with scepticism. There are a number of 'online 'Mayfair' clothing stores if you search on Google. They all have nothing but 1 star Trust Pilot reviews and some have been closed down. They appear to be China -based but purport to be in the UK. The goods (if they arrive at all) are not as described and only returnable at a prohibitive cost.
On their website they claim 1024 Trust Pilot reviews all 4 or 5 star - a complete falsehood.
My wife is still waiting for her order made on the basis of positive Trust Pilot reviews. Trust Pilot should ensure that this lie is removed from their website.
