Waited two weeks for a delivery! During the two weeks, spoke to a number members of staff, who kept saying that it had not been processed & would be sent out first thing to No avail. Finally received my items..thanks to a swift member of staff. Cannot remember his name. But thank you.

Searching for Oliva Soap on line and at home
This shop had the soap I wanted at about half the price of other suppliers. It was a nuisance having to pay postage - but I still did better than shopping locally.
The goods were delivered quickly and the fact that they used Royal Mail meant that I could collect easily, even though I was out when the postie tried to deliver.
I wish they were local to me.

Great products - absolutely love them. Delivery lets them down - one of the glass pots was broken, replacement was sent but half the size of the original broken pot. Will order again but in smaller quantities as worried of the product delivery quality. Hope they consider different delivery agent.
