STAY AWAY FROM ROOMSWERENT

Terrible experience with this "company." They canceled my reservation three days before my arrive, without warning and for no valid reason (just a "little problem"). Even though I had already signed a contract, paid a deposit, and paid a month's rent in advance, they disappeared without a trace and stopped answering the phone. I found myself stranded, homeless, and broke. A terrifying experience. I only managed to get a full refund after months, thanks to the help of an intermediary agency (a reputable company, unlike them). Stay away from Roomswerent.

STAY FAR FRON ROOMSWERENT

This agency has been holding my €700 deposit for weeks despite me fulfilling all contractual obligations. Communication is slow, promises are vague, and my trust in them is gone. Avoid at all costs."

"Unprofessional and untrustworthy. My deposit refund has been delayed with constant excuses. I would never recommend this agency to anyone moving to Barcelona."
