Terrible experience
Terrible experience! Avoid Roomonitor at all costs.
From 4 PM until 9 PM, I was standing outside waiting for someone to open the door. No one answered my calls or messages — complete silence. When I asked for a specific time, they couldn’t give me any clear answer. In the end, they actually suggested that I sleep in the lobby and wait for a technician! Absolutely outrageous and unacceptable.
The company is extremely unprofessional, with zero respect or responsibility toward their customers. No communication, no accountability, no basic organization. If you don’t want to ruin your evening, your nerves, and your overall trip — stay as far away from Roomonitor as possible.
