This company is incompetent
This company is incompetent. I was with them for 6 months, I was an international student and it took me over 4 months to get my deposit back when it should have been under 2 months. They were very slow to respond to messages and emails. He would never have given it back to me if I hadn't insisted and called the courts. To avoid really!!!!!

Comfortable and transparent
Apartment was in good condition. Everything required for comfortable living was available. Check-in and check-out were easy, and most importantly - transparent. Every visit of rent manager or house owner was discussed 1-2 days prior. Thank you!
