Color was not the same as web picture. Metal gage is thin. Will make a good shed vent. Will try and sale vents.

David I'm sorry on the color discrepancy. It’s common to have color discrepancies. It’s like when you are buying a television for example. At the retail store you look at all the TV screens against the store wall. You view the same program on 5 to possibly 25 screens and that’s when you quickly notice the vast color variations that exist between screens. This is no different. I wish I had a solution for you about this. Lastly, as far as being thin, bear in mind our vents are made of aluminum not steel. They do feel lighter but are tested to withstand wind pressure greater than 200mph. Thanks, Ethan

The product exceeded expectations. I bought it online, without any experience in what i wanted for a vent for a bathroom fan but knew i had little room between upstairs bathroom ceiling and roof line. So five stars for the product. Three stars for communication of when the product would ship. After three weeks i called to find out the product would likely ship the same or next day. I can't help but feel my call prompted the shipment. Your system lacked a follow-up email to advise customer of shipment. All i got was the order was sent to manufacturing. Also the ordering process was cumbersome, having to wait on a shipment cost after ordering. Expensive shipping $18 for an $18 vent. For a regular UPS cross-country fee for a part that weighed a few ounces seemed high.

Happy so far
Seems to be good quality. It was easy to order and install. Now that it's cooler I really can't tell how well it works in my application. Delivery was an issue, the fan arrived almost two weeks later than had been estimated but it worked out OK.
