I found the slow response in communicating frustrating when trying to clarify the product and price, which literally took a week.
The product is excellent and the driver pleasant, however, I had no advance warning of the delivery and it was by sheer luck I was there to help with unloading

We paid in advance for an order. We were advised of a delivery date 2-3 weeks later. The date the delivery was due, it did not arrive. We received an email the following day telling us the price had increased and asking us to pay extra before the goods would be delivered. In the end they cancelled the order. Our experience was 100% unreliable.

The products are really good. But one of my sheets was unloaded clumsily and the edge smashed - I had to make my carport slightly shorter to allow me to trim this off.
And, I ordered 2 reels of tape but neither was delivered.

I tried to notify customer support but their webpage doesnt seem to work - it just hangs constantly loading.

So my advice is to help unload the polycarbonate sheets and check everything carefully before the delivery guys leave.

Products easy to select online and custom sized. Communication was fine and delivery was perfect. Very friendly delivery driver.

The order arrived as expected and it's really good quality. Has made a massive difference to our pergola.

Bought from them twice, bought material for my garage roof and then later for my parents. I don't know anything about roofing material but the website is so easy to use, the customer service and delivery were spot on. Also, turned the order around within a couple of weeks which was quicker than expected, great company 😀

Ordered online and delivered without no problem good service

Very poor delivery bits missing on three occasions. I emailed a few times and no reply or email kept coming back. I asked for my delivery costs back but still waiting on an answer. I won’t hold my breath. Not a happy customer

It was very easy to use the website to place the order. The follow-up emails were clear and useful and the delivery instructions I gave were passed on to the driver. The order arrived on the day stated and driver was very pleasant and helpful. If only all companies were this good life would be much easier.

The polycarbonate sheets were a good buy,unfortunately when given a tracking number for V1 it didn't work tried ringing megastore the first call just rang and rang eventually hung up and tried later and got through gave the tracking number that megastore sent in an email only to be told it was totally wrong then told V1 would call to discuss delivery, I got a text saying when they would deliver,think between megastore and V1 there seems to be a lack of communication

Usually the cheapest supplier of Onduline materials. Arrived in good condition this time (occasionally have a few bumps and scratches)

Order was promptly dealt with, delivery exactly when they said & delivery men were very helpful.
There was a slight material delay initially but we were kept updated all the time and in the end the delay was very brief. The products were packed extremely well and there was no chance of damage in transit.

Delivered on time and exactly what I ordered and needed.

Quality product, good delivery

We needed a bespoke piece of polycarbonate 2.0 x 1.4m to cover a potting area and were able to order to our precise requirements at a reasonable cost. The order was delivered ahead of schedule and was very well packaged, ensuring that the sheet was in perfect condition. The completed sheet met our specification and requirements and is now in situ providing shelter from the elements.

We needed clear PVC corrugated panels to cover part of our chicken enclosure and found them at Roofing Megastore at the best price. Ordering was straight forward, delivery was quick with full communication letting us know where are order was. I asked to be phoned before arrival and the delivery guys rang half an hour before. Great delivery team! Panels were extremely well packaged with cardboard around the corners and bubble wrap around the whole thing plus plastic outside. All perfect condition.
Please to say the roofing is up and all screwed in place with no problems.
No hesitation in recommending the product or the company.

Roofing Megastore have sent me a request . I have no idea why you are asking me to give a review as I have never bought anything from Roofing Megastore and if I haven't then there is probably a good reason for that decision .

I had placed an order with Roof Mega Store but later decided to cancel it. The cancellation process was straightforward, and I had no problems getting my refund. Customer service was helpful, and the refund was processed promptly. Overall, a smooth and hassle-free experience. I would be happy to use them again in the future.Thank you

Not great. I used the online calculator to estimate the materials needed for my lean to roof, this came up with an excessive amount of un-needed expensive accessories. The order arrived in just over a week. It was well packed, but there were still a few cracks in some of the sheets, as the guys had to dig it out of the van from under a pile of sofas, tyres, and the like. After I opened the package, I realised I only had 3 of the 5 glazing bars on the order, and the massive amount of fixings were missing altogether. I spent an hour and 10 mins on hold to them, before giving up. 2 days after reporting the items as missing, I received an email, but it was not clear when the replacements would arrive. Eventually the missing parts were refunded. I found a local builder's merchant that has everything in stock and purchased the missing bits from there. Wish I'd gone down this route to start with but there we go...
