Ordered 2 skylights for a flat roof , was easy to order and the windows arrived quickly, very happy with the windows, was easy to fit . Would definitely order from roofdepot again !!

Sky guard rubber shed roof kit. Great product. Watch the installation videos. It really is simple to fit. One of my kits arrived with a small hole in the rubber sheet. Emailed them on Thursday evening and Nicola was on the phone by 8.30 am the following morning to arrange the replacement. It arrived next working day. Impressive customer service. Thanks

We bought 3x Skyseal Flat Glass Opening Roof Light (1200mm x 1200mm), which are great. We bought the manual opening type, which did cause an issue as the worm gear (opening mechanism) fouled the insulation installed by our builder into the upright, but roof depot and the manufacturer (Brett Martin) were genuinely really helpful in helping us resolve the issue - so 5* product and 5* customer support.

This is the second time we have ordered through Roofdepot and the customer service has been exceptional both times. We recently had an issue with the roof windows we purchased, which turned out to have faulty seals. Katie from Roofdepot helped us get replacements from the manufacturer, as it was clear the fault lay with them, kept us up to speed with the progress and was brilliant to work with. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Roofdepot again.

Bought a skylight - really pleased with quality and the light it lets in is incredible. Great customer service keeping me up to date re the delivery and to check all was well.

Delivery didn’t turn up and was hassle to re arrange. Also the product doesn’t go together very well defiantly worth paying the money for an assembled one
