Almost 2 months now since this site scammed me of 800$

I signed up and deposited 800$ 5 minutes later they restricted my account and asked for level 3 verification ( proof of address)
I submitted all proof they need ( electricity bill, bank statement, tax documents, even my home insurance) all with my name and address
And they keep rejecting all of them 😂
Just pure scam the finest you can’t withdraw your money till you gave proof of address and we will keep rejecting your proof to scam you

Keep away there is plenty of of online casino that will not scam you like this

This site is a scam, I just won over $10,000 in betting and when I went to withdraw it, they gave me a warning that my account is not KYC level 2 verified.My account has been verified for a long time, even when I asked in public chat and contacted the agent, they immediately blocked me. Been using Roobet for a about a year. I have Wagered: 10,178,708.29 $, so i have experience with Roobet.
So far until today nothing bad has happened. But today, after my 2200$ win from betting on a CS2 Match (fair and square), my account got scammed.

I was cancelled from sportbooks, and mybets/wins will be voided, as per Clause 6.4 of our Terms of Service. Which makes no sense, and they will not even tell me my details.
Roobet scammed me for a 2200$ win, after gambling Millions of usd. Pathetic and sad. I am shocked, stay away.

There is literally no reason at all to cancel my sports bet, and take the money - other than attempting to scam me. Its robbery.
Don't use Roobet, use another site. Use stake or rainbet.

Very disappointing experience with Roobet.

I placed the exact same bet as my friend. His account is VIP and mine is a regular account. After the event finished and the result was a win, my bet was suddenly voided and I was not paid, while other bets were apparently allowed to stand.

The explanation I received was: *“The odds were incorrect as per the provider.”* Conveniently, this only became an issue after the outcome was already known and the bet had won.

It raises serious concerns about fairness and equal treatment between VIP players and regular users. If odds were truly incorrect, why were bets not stopped before the event started? Why wait until after the result? And why are VIP accounts apparently treated differently?

This experience seriously damaged my trust in the platform. Players should be very cautious when a winning bet can simply be canceled after the fact with a generic explanation, while others are still paid.

Note: My friend’s bet remained unsettled for a few days and was later fully paid, while mine was simply voided. Same bet, same outcome — completely different treatment.

I have been with Roobet for more than 5 years.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Roobet regarding a sports bet dispute that I believe was handled unfairly. I placed my Bet on a Cricket match.
I placed a $1530 bet at odds of 3.1 on a player prop market, where my selection was that a particular batter would not score 10 runs. The player was dismissed after scoring only 2 runs, meaning my bet had already been fully decided and won before any interruption occurred.
However, after the match was later abandoned due to rain, Roobet refunded my bet instead of settling it as a win, despite the fact that the outcome of the player prop had already been completed independently of the final match result. My winning amount should have been $4772.
I contacted support and submitted proof, including screenshots and Bet ID: 2646052048981861215, but the issue remains unresolved.
What makes this even more disappointing is that I have been a loyal Roobet user for around 5 years and hold VIP status.
I sincerely hope Roobet reviews this case fairly and honors the completed winning bet instead of voiding it due to a completely unrelated match abandonment.

The reason Roober Support has given is below one Sports betting rule:
“I’ve reviewed the two bets you mentioned with our team. The match was abandoned after 34 out of 50 overs were completed, which is below the required threshold for settlement.
According to our rules (1.3.5 – Innings Markets), in limited overs matches, bets are void if at least 80% of the scheduled overs are not completed due to external factors (such as weather), unless the outcome had already been determined. In this case, as the match did not reach that threshold, the bets were correctly refunded.
We understand this can be frustrating, especially when the bets were looking favorable, and we appreciate your understanding.”

My Bet was ALREADY DETERMINED. Roobet kept on delaying my Payout and then after 6 hours refunded it.

Roobet is a scam. I had a balance and they used it to place a bet on blackjack the whole amount over 800.00. I kept getting logged out the next thing I know the money is gone.

My account was compromised and over $500,000 was lost through unauthorized withdrawals and bets.

I did not access my account after March 22.

Multiple withdrawals (100k+ each) were made to different crypto wallets that do not belong to me, and additional bets were placed without my consent.

No security intervention was triggered despite clearly abnormal activity.

I provided full evidence (transactions, wallet addresses, screenshots), but support refused any reimbursement and only referred to Terms of Service.

This is not normal usage — this is a complete account takeover with no protection.

I logged in this morning and my balance was 0, and support is just ignoring me.

Dont listen to these bots and others. I played like 10€ first time, lost it. Second time 10€ got 60€ and went to bust it but it was my fault. Third time i was smart and won 70€ from 10€ and i got the money about 5min after withdrawing. I think the site gives you win after you lose money there. So if you lose like 10€ go next day and do same and your gonna win, because they are trying to get you addicted. After big win youll NEVER win. I tested this with 4 friends. So withdraw like 90% of the money and for funsies i myself play woth the rest and always lose

I had approximately $5,100 in legitimate winnings on Roobet that were confiscated without proper explanation.

My deposits totaled $2,389.47 and I successfully withdrew $2,000 before the issue occurred. After my balance reached around $6,100, I requested a withdrawal of $3,000.

Shortly after that, Roobet cancelled my withdrawal, removed my access to sportsbook betting and confiscated my remaining balance.

Support only provided generic responses referencing clause 6.4 of their terms but never explained what specific rule I violated or provided any evidence.

I have already filed a complaint with the Curaçao Gaming Authority regarding this issue.

I am requesting Roobet to provide a clear explanation and return my confiscated winnings of approximately $5,100.

Roobet replied but did not explain what rule I allegedly violated. They only mentioned clause 6.4 without providing any evidence or details.
All bets were made using my own deposited funds, with no bonuses used.
My balance has been frozen for almost one month now and I am still waiting for a clear explanation or proof of any violation.
