They don't know their sizing but they'll make you pay to return even if its their mistake.
Ordering was quick and easy but the good stops there. I ordered a US 10 which is a UK 9. These shoes are made in European sizes and having worked in shoe retail for a few years in my teens I know a UK 9 to be an EU 43. They send me a 44 which is too big but they are sure 44 is a US 10. I ask them to use any search engine to see what corresponds to a US 10.
The site talks of "hassle free returns" so I tell them of their mistake and they refuse to let me return them to their NSW (Australia) warehouse and instead ask me to pay for shipping to the UK which is virtually the cost of the shoe.
Again their own sizing chart is incorrect and a US 10 = UK 9 = EU 43. Nothing has changed but they won't take accountability for their mistake and insist I have to pay $80 AUD or more to return them (hassle free of course).
Unprofessional and by the looks of other reviewers these are generic brand with a Rona shoes box and label stitched oj, then marked up massively when you can find them on Amazon for cheap.
Total waste of my time, I had to spend again elsewhere for a pair on a site that knew its size conversions. Avoid at all costs, they are crooks. Look up 7sultan (the owners) on UK companies house pages.

If they're made as an EU 43 then that is a universal standard for all shoes and the standard conversion is as mentioned above.
Regarding shipping its very misleading to use "hassle free shipping" on your site when its not only a lot of hassle but a lot of cost due to your own poor returns policy. I should have been sent the size I expected and am not at fault for your error.
Worst of all they pretend on here that I havent emailed them first to try and resolve the issue but they won't take responsibility or offer a shipping label for the mistake.
Avoid at all costs. If you're purchasing outside of the UK use a different company, and one that'll at least admit to an error when they get it wrong.

The overall shoe is well made and…
The overall shoe is well made and attractive to look at. Very comfortable, good fit, no rubbing in certain spots on first wear. Lace up mechanism is great, so easy to do up and undo your shoes. Tentioning means you can get the perfect fit. Capped toe is great, wears just like a jogger shoe, wouldnt know there was a capped toe. Shoe material is sturdy.
