Do not trust this website!

I have been duped by this website. I ordered an item that said it was in stock. I never received it. I contacted the manufacturer, as Roman's Den were not responding to any of my emails, Facebook messages etc.
The manufacturer informed me that Roman's Den are not even a stockist of their products, despite having a number of them showing on their website.
The manufacturers are looking into it and I am in the process of claiming my money back through my bank.
Do not be fooled by these scammers!

Dont send the goods you have paid for

Dont send the goods you have paid for, don't reply to emails sent asking when goods are going to be sent (waited over 2 weeks for item) and they don't answer the telephone either. Absolutely terrible service. Stay clear. Zero stars!

Customer service wasn’t good

Customer service wasn’t good. There were problems with my delivery as it had been delivered and put to the back of my garage by courier and I didn’t know. This wasn’t Roman Dens fault, however, they failed multiple times to give me my tracking number! Had I been given the tracking number then I would have seen on the tracking info. I wouldn’t recommend.
