Complete disregard to repeated inquiries about receiving payment for order. This company has no steady modus - it can either be all over good service, or, just absolutely don’t care. Depending on day of the week.
Regular THC not THC-A
My order wasn’t delivered because the smell was too strong for the UPS courier (I assume the parcel was packed incorrectly); as a result, it ended up with the police, where it was tested and found to contain a standard 20% THC, which is illegal in most of Europe. Be careful what you buy, because you will be held responsible for it, not the ‘company’.

Vapes are poison
As a long-time weed smoker, I honestly can’t tell what’s in those vapes. The high is okay, I guess, you get numb, but the aftermath is terrible. I used those vapes for a week and lost all will to live, with zero thoughts in my head. All the joy in my life disappeared, and all I could do was lie down. It felt like coming down from E or something.
Do not recommend THCA or whatever the hell is in those vapes. Stick to real weed. My friend smoked my vape and had eight panic attacks back to back. Not good stuff. Just threw €170 worth of stuff from Rollz in the bin.
Total scam
Total scam. This "store" is very harmful to the cannabis movement and they are nothing more than little scammers. I paid €10 for fast delivery and it's been 4 days since my order is being prepared. Before buying I was having a lot of issues with the payment maybe I should've stopped there. I'm gonna file all complaints available and report them to the authorities.

I placed order #88812818 on March 31st, and after almost two weeks, it is still marked as “in preparation” with no updates.
I have tried contacting customer service through multiple channels (WhatsApp, email, Instagram, etc.), but I haven’t received any response. I also received an email asking me to review the order, even though it hasn’t even been delivered.
If I don’t receive a clear update and confirmation of shipment soon, I will proceed with cancelling the order and requesting a refund through my payment provider.
I hope to hear back from customer service as soon as possible.

I did not receive any order confirmation email or any email with tracking information, yet €47 were charged to my card because I used the 15% discount code WELCOME15.
Since Friday I have not received any email. I have contacted the company twice on WhatsApp and sent two emails with a screenshot of my bank statement showing that €47 were charged from my card.
If you do not reply, refund me, or send the items, I will be forced to proceed with legal action.

Once you paid, you are on your own
I tried multiple times to get in contact with them via mail, via whatsapp, via telegram (not sure if they're theme tbh) but they went dead silent for about a week.
My parcel was due on Fri 20th February 2026 via UPS but the courier never delivered anything, not even tried to deliver, they simply didn't do anything with my parcel and on Monday 23rd the parcel was sent back to them and correctly received by rollz on Thursday 26th of February (proof of receipt on UPS website).
As of today the only answer I was able to get from them is "You requested to return the package" and nothing more, no evidences, no contact, nothing.
Not even an apology for the inconvenience a plain:
"looks like you have requested it - we cant do anything with delivery after the package is sent.
If you need more information please contact UPS directly.".
I suggest to stay very far from this company as this seems to be a scam or at least a very low quality service.
UPDATE
The support team reached me, they say they will refund me but no refund so far.
I asked how and when but no answer yet.
