I have only rated as 4 stars purely because the door was only fitted today so we've not used it yet. However 5 stars for the installers Bryn and Paul. A very neat install explained how to operate our new door, all rubbish packaging and our old door were removed from site.

Great price exhaulant customer service from fitting the door to removal of the old unit. Took less than 2 hours and no mess left behind.

I contacted Roll Right Garage Doors in October for a quote shortly after moving house. I didn’t shop around as I’d used Roll Right before and previously had a good product and service. Unfortunately, this time the experience wasn't the same.
The installation date was changed three times. On each occasion I had to chase for updates and work out whether the install was actually going ahead – I wasn’t proactively informed. Because of this, I ended up wasting two days of annual leave.
I was told the delays were due to stock issues, which I find hard to accept given the order was placed around 2.5 months earlier. If stock was an issue, that should have been known and communicated well in advance, not on or around the day of installation.
On the day itself, the door was installed while I was at work. The fitters told my wife they needed the remaining 50% payment before leaving. Given the delays and general lack of communication up to that point, this came across as quite cheeky and rude. I wanted to inspect the work first and would have paid the same day once I was satisfied. Reading other reviews since, it’s concerning to see comments suggesting that once you’ve paid, getting any further service is difficult. Roll right did discount me the cost of the external over ride but I would have preferred the garage door in place at the start of December not mid January.

Their mission statement talks a lot about communication and keeping customers updated throughout the process. My experience couldn’t have been more opposite. Poor communication, missed expectations.

Good lads and top quality from start to finish and communication

Terrible, won’t answer any calls, made appointments and never turned up or let us know AVOID !! If you have issues after the installation like the reviews say, impossible to contact them.

Two doors fitted a few years ago. Very impressed with the installation service, timely completion and old doors removed.

Following wind damage repair to one door was needed. Appointment made and fitter arrived at time agreed. Polite, professional and efficient service. Parts provided and fitted.

Would definitely recommend this company to others.

Paul and his assitant compleated the removel of the old door and frame, built and installed the new door with electronic controls ,leaving the site clean and tidy. most impressed all in half a day.
