Scam

This is a scam site. They do everything to not letting you get your bonus and do withdrawals.
There costumers service can't help you if you don't have pictures of exactly what happened.

Uncaring business practice

Very sneaky. Pausing bonuses during active withdrawal requests is already a bit dodgy, but I can understand I suppose in most cases. Rolling slots specifically negates any loyalty bonuses you receive if you have a withdrawal request. Not only is the withdrawal minimum way too high, it’s completely ill in practice to then punish people who win. I was denied several level up bonuses due to having a withdrawal request, and then once cancelling the request, they still negate it. The support is copy and paste messages, they do not care about their customers in the slightest. The company shouldn’t have a loyalty program at all if it doesn’t actually reward loyalty. Stay far away. Terrible gambling practices and ethics. Wish I never made an account.

Nothing but a bunch of thieves AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Nothing but a bunch of thieves. After depositing a decent amount, I had won $800. After trying to withdraw and talking to live chat, we realised there were some issues to my account details, for over a week of back and forth emails, I followed the instructions I was given and provided more Identification to them then I did to get a passport for them to correct the profile and payout the winnings only for them to close my account and confiscate the winnings. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I pointed out the issue with my account to your team, followed your instructions to get the issues resolved, provided all documents and id that you asked for and more only for you ask me to pass an ID verification knowing I could not pass it before the profile issue was resolved. Your support is a joke and made no effort to help but rather constantly ask me to summit document after document only to decline. You happily took my money with Id verification but soon as an withdrawal was requested it became an issue you dodged an weaved around helping me fix. A crypo transfer requires no Id verification anyway therefor there should of been no issue paying out. Ill happy change this review if you refund my deposits otherwise people should know you will rob them given the chance
