Rolletto has been brilliant from day 1…

Rolletto has been brilliant from day 1 of making my registration, support is always available any time of the day, withdrawals are quick and funds usually in within 24-48 hours, deposits are easy would defiantly recommend

Rolleto support

Hello,

I’m writing to formally raise a complaint regarding both the lack of communication from Ava Clarke and the ongoing issue with a promotion that I deposited for but have not received.

Firstly, I want to address the complete lack of response from Ava Clark. Prior to this situation, we communicated daily without issue. Messages were replied to within hours, particularly when deposits were made. However, I have now been ignored for eight consecutive days with no explanation, no acknowledgment, and no courtesy response. This sudden change in communication is extremely disappointing and unprofessional, especially considering the previous level of engagement. Being completely blanked after consistent daily contact has left me feeling disregarded and misled.

Secondly, I deposited money specifically because I received a promotional email stating that if I deposited £100, I would receive £100 at face value, with £1 per spin. I deposited based on this offer in good faith. Despite this, I am still being ignored by both Ava Clarke and the support team regarding the promotion. There has been no clear resolution, no proper explanation, and no timeline provided. This has left me extremely unhappy, as I would not have deposited had this promotion not been advertised to me.

I also want to make it clear that I am a very loyal customer and have spent a significant amount of money at Rolleto over time. This is not a one-off interaction — I have consistently supported the platform and expected a higher standard of communication and customer care in return. The way this situation has been handled does not reflect how loyal customers should be treated.

At this point, my frustration is not only about the missing promotion but also about the lack of basic communication and customer care. Ignoring messages, especially after encouraging deposits through promotional emails, is unacceptable. I feel let down and misled, and this situation has seriously damaged my trust.

I am requesting:
1. A clear response regarding why I have been ignored for over a week.
2. Immediate clarification and resolution of the £100 promotion that I deposited for.
3. A proper explanation from the support team rather than continued silence.

I expect this matter to be taken seriously and resolved promptly. If this issue continues without response, I will have no choice but to escalate the complaint further. Also it's my birthday today and my user name is jonithon23

I look forward to a response as soon as possible.

Complete scam!

Complete scam!! Fake “casino”
They will spam you relentlessly, offer you “free money” to sign up, and then steal any money you deposit. Part of an online scam criminal gang. Do not deposit any money with this fake, cloned “casino” - stick to sites which positive reviews and positive track records here on trustpilot
