Awful customer service and returns policy

Returned my skates within the legal return window and provided clear proof of dispatch and tracking. Despite this, Rollerblade refused to issue a refund, repeatedly insisting they must physically receive the item first — which is not required under UK consumer law.

The parcel was stuck in transit for months due to courier/warehouse issues outside my control and was eventually returned to me. Customer service showed no accountability and simply deflected responsibility.

Very poor after-sales service. I would be cautious ordering online if there’s any chance you’ll need to return an item.

Now I'm stuck with skates that don't fit well (despite following measurement guide) and also out of pocket for the initial return.

Do not order from this company!

Ordered a pair of skates recently, they've arrived and they don't even look new? They look worn, and the interior box was super dusty?

They don't fit, and I've emailed, instagram messaged, filled in the only enquiry with NO REPLY!

Shocking service, and I'm left with the skates.

Crossfirr Skates were to small for feet…

Crossfirr Skates were to small for feet despite rollerblade stating boots will fit true to shoe size. I ordered half size up and still found my toes crushing up top. I have rollerblade rb pros in same shoe fit size and have had no problem. I wanted and upgrade but now feel disappointed. It has also cost me £75 to return the boots which is ridiculous so best to order up a whole size in the crossfire blades

I made an order 11 days ago

I made an order 11 days ago, they had to ship my order and notify me. Since they haven't shipped my order, I decided to cancel the order as it's obvious it won't arrive for Christmas, so bought the skates from other site. I'm not receiving any response from anybody to my request of order cancellation.
Concerned customer!

They didn't send my order. They haven't refunded my money. Avoid this company.

I ordered and paid (£91.99) to receive a Pro Backpack LT 30 from these jokers (Order #8100002044,placed on February 27, 2023 6:57:15 PM CET). The order said I'd receive it via UPS, in 3/5 working days.

I received a UPS message saying it was 'delivered' on 6th March at 4:53PM, to a warehouse, in Monza, Italy - received by a 'Jeison'.

I contacted their 'customer services', and was told my order was returned to the Sender (by Cristina D), and I will only be refunded after 10/12 working days of its return.

Nobody has explained why my bag is being returned. My address is correct with them, and I never ordered it to be returned, so I have NO IDEA why I am STILL waiting for my money back when I paid for this IN GOOD FAITH, on 27th February.

The 'customer services' department are good for nothing, but to fob you off with BS excuses, claiming
the 'relevant department' will contact me ASAP

...That was more than a week ago!

I still need to be refunded.

The fools have gone silent, and they are sitting on my money, with no intention of fulfilling my order.

THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS.

IT IS NO SURPRISE THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO ANY OF THEIR CUSTOMERS' BAD EXPERIENCES HERE.

DO NOT LET THE PROFESSIONAL LOOKING WEBSITE FOOL YOU!

SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS, AND THE POTENTIAL THEFT. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE FOOLS.

BUY ELSEWHERE.

Great customer service

I have used my rollerblades for years and a few weeks ago the screw from the back wheel fell out. I emailed rollerblade asking for a new part and Will from Rollerblade responded right away and sent me the part I needed for free. The part came within a week and fixed my rollerblades. I appreciate the quick response and the free replacement part.

Customer Service is Poor

The website is amazing, lots of great information and videos. But with the size guide, I still couldn't tell which size skate would fit me best, so I purchased two sizes, a 7.5 UK and an 8 UK.

I had no idea; the skates were being sent from Italy, so I was hit with a £80.00 import tax fee on delivery. I complained to the Customer Service team of Rollerblade and did receive a full refund back which I was pleased about.

I advised the Customer Service team that I wanted to return the second pair and they sent over the paperwork and instructions and DPD collected them a few days later.

I received the skates back around 4 weeks later and the Italian Customs had stuck a note on the parcel stating Rollerblade's EOLI number (VAT number) is not listed on the parcel.

I contacted Rollerblade's Customer Services team again and still after several emails back and forth and including a photo of the label by Customs, they aren't providing me with the EOLI number I need and have said I need to contact Customs and /or my courier to resolve the problem.

I have given up and now selling the roller skates myself.

Such a real letdown after purchasing my rollerblades from Rollerblade after watching lots of their YouTube videos.

Buy from somewhere else

For such a reputable company I expected to have a good experience purchasing from them. Unfortunately, I had quite the opposite.

Their website advertises free delivery on orders over £100 which is completely untrue. When you go to checkout it isn't free at all and while mine was discounted I ended up paying £11 for two working-day delivery.

I placed an order on New Year's Eve, aware that there might be some delays receiving it given the time of year. A few days later I receive an email telling me my order has been dispatched buts it's not for a further couple of days that my package is handed over to the courier for delivery.

I contacted customer service via their website to ask why there was a delay and to get a rough idea of when I would receice the skates. It's been a week since then and I've still heard nothing.

Until that point, everything was okay, but here's the real kicker. My order was shipped from Italy. Now I'm based in the UK and regretfully we are not longer a part of the EU which meant as soon as the skates reached the border I was given an invoice for £55 worth of import fees.

Rollerblade don't tell you where they ship from. Any normal person would assume it was the UK:
- You pay in GBP
- Their web address contains 'uk'
Now, here I am having paid ~£280 for a pair of skates which I could have purchased from a retailer here for less had they just been upfront with me about this when I made the order.

Infact, the only place you'll find anything which even suggests this is buried in their 'Contract of Sales'. Section 6 states that in the event you're charged any import fees Rollerblade will not be responsible and not reimburse you.

They could ship to you from wherever they wanted and not tell you a thing. Then, out of nowhere, you'll get an invoice telling you where they were shipped from.

Until Rollerblade make some changes, I would advise purchasing their products elsewhere. Their website is full of misleading statements and information which would have easily made this whole situation avoidable.

Side-note: Registering for their website results in them sending the password you choose back to you over email in plaintext. This is a huge no-no and something they need to fix immediately. Don't sign up for an account on their website.

I bought powerblade pro 125

I bought powerblade pro 125. Using the site is convenient 'cause you can see all the details of your order in your account. As to my rollerblades, they are very convenient and right my size.

Great skates, terrible customer service

Bought some skates almost a week ago, payment sat in "pending" in my account. Rollerblade customer service claim no knowledge of a payment, refuse to cancel it or take payment. My bank have advised it's an issue on their end but they refuse to look into it. Not too hopeful on receving the skates.

RB CRUISER W rollerblades skates

I bought a pair of womens skates (RB CRUISER W) from rollerblade.com. If you want to track the delivery of your skates then create an account which gives you a number for tracking purposes. I didn't and also didn't realise I was buying them from Italy until I checked my paypal payment which said I had paid triboo.com. I didn't get an email to confirm purchase and got worried when I sent triboo service team an email and got no answer. I then contacted rollerblade.com service team and got info on when my skates would arrive. Phew!
The blades run faster than I am used to and gave me a blister on the inside of my ankle below my ankle bone but I will put some extra padding in when I next use them! Otherwise a good skate so far!

BUYER BEWARE. ROLLERBLADE.COM HAVE NO REPLACEMENT BRAKES.

Buyer beware. Rollerblade.com is completely out of brakes for their line of rollerblades. They have no intentions to replenish before Christmas. What a backwards thinking company when you run out of a key component and do not react. I understand the challenges with importing these days. however, please do not tell me there is not one manufacture within Canada who could make these. it is simple. No brake, no rollerblading. From a business perspective, this mean fewer replacement wheels, bearings and axles.

Quote from rollerblade.com representative: "Unfortunately we are completely out of stock for brake pads ☹ we will be restocking them maybe during the fall season, if not next spring."

SO BUYER BEWARE DO AVOID ROLLERBLADE.COM PRODUCTS AS YOU CAN NOT REPLACE THE BRAKE ON IT THIS SUMMER. FYI

rollerblade.com - Don't be fooled by the name!!!!

Having seen the name of a famous brand of skate, I decided to order some wheels for my skates, online which indicated 3 to 5 days delivery, after 14 days i was told the article was on it's way to be delivered, after 15 days they say for a technical issue they will try to reimburse the money I have paid online. Very unprofessional, unreliable to say the least. Don't waste your time or money ordering from this company. In the hope that I do get my money back. They say I must wait about 14 days. Completely unacceptable, 5 seconds to take your money and 14 days to give it back, even though the article they did not have in their stock. Terrible, Terrible company!!!!!!!
