While my experience with Rolitek has…

While my experience with Rolitek has had its ups and downs, I find it difficult to wholeheartedly recommend them to fellow growing brands. In recent times, I've encountered occasional hiccups, such as missing orders, incorrect shipments, delayed scanning, and extended shipping times. Regrettably, their reimbursement policy leaves much to be desired, as I bear the brunt of inventory losses without adequate compensation. The holiday season and subsequent weeks proved overwhelming for Rolitek, resulting in significant order backlogs that stretched up to four weeks. Even during regular weekdays, their level of preparedness left something to be desired. Despite engaging with customer support tirelessly, my pending shipments still number around 18. In all honesty, it seems unlikely that we will continue our partnership next year.

I had the opportunity to ship orders…

I had the opportunity to ship orders through Rolitek using Seller Fulfilled Prime, and overall, it was a positive experience. While there were a few minor hiccups along the way, such as some orders not shipping on time, the majority of the process went smoothly. I understand that there can be challenges with carrier scanning, but Rolitek made efforts to resolve any issues that arose. The team was responsive and took my concerns seriously, ensuring that I remained in the Seller Fulfilled Prime program. Similarly, with outgoing Amazon FBA orders, there were occasional delays and some confusion with pallet counts and weights, but Rolitek was quick to address and rectify these situations. Despite a small incident where some shipments were not delivered as expected, Rolitek remained dedicated to resolving the matter and maintaining open communication. Overall, I appreciate the efforts of the Rolitek team and their commitment to providing quality service.

My experience with Rolitek was a total…

My experience with Rolitek was a total nightmare. They rejected my entire inventory worth $40,000 over some supposed condition issue, which turned out to be nonsense. It messed up my business launch by a whopping three weeks, and I had to scramble to find another 3PL provider at the last minute. I suspect it was just some random worker leaving food near our products and attracting bugs. But instead of owning up to their mistake, Rolitek washed their hands of the whole thing. Definitely not the kind of people you want to do business with.

While using Rolitek for shipping…

While using Rolitek for shipping orders, I encountered some challenges with timeliness and communication. The Seller Fulfilled Prime orders were not consistently shipped on time, leading to potential issues with Amazon. Additionally, there were delays and uncertainties with outgoing Amazon FBA orders, including inaccurate pallet counts and missing weight information. Recently, a significant number of shipments were never delivered to customers, and Rolitek was unable to provide proof of shipment. Customer service did not take responsibility for these errors, attributing them to carrier scanning issues.
