While my experience with Rolitek has had its ups and downs, I find it difficult to wholeheartedly recommend them to fellow growing brands. In recent times, I've encountered occasional hiccups, such as missing orders, incorrect shipments, delayed scanning, and extended shipping times. Regrettably, their reimbursement policy leaves much to be desired, as I bear the brunt of inventory losses without adequate compensation. The holiday season and subsequent weeks proved overwhelming for Rolitek, resulting in significant order backlogs that stretched up to four weeks. Even during regular weekdays, their level of preparedness left something to be desired. Despite engaging with customer support tirelessly, my pending shipments still number around 18. In all honesty, it seems unlikely that we will continue our partnership next year.
