Looking at the reviews here I can see…

Looking at the reviews here I can see that many people are having the same issue with delivery as I am having. I ordered the seaboard and Airwave bundle back in 2024 in the presale and I am still waiting for the Airwave to arrive. I have just been updated that it will now not ship till early May. Just wondering why it’s taking so long when I can see here that some people have received their Airwave a few months after they ordered it. Apart from the extreme delay my son is quite happy with his seaboard

a big credit to Trustpilot for reviewing and reinstating my post. This morning I received confirmation that ROLI had requested my review be removed on the grounds of it being “defamatory.” After assessment, Trustpilot determined it was not and reinstated it.

I will be providing this latest information to the relevant law enforcement authorities, who are making enquiries into my complaint. The facts are straightforward. I have been waiting over two years for delivery, with repeated delays and changing explanations.

At best, this is poor business practice. At worst, it raises questions as to whether taking money without supplying the product could amount to a breach of UK law. That is ultimately a matter for the Police to determine.

At this point, it is reasonable to ask: where has the money gone, and why do the explanations continue to shift? The explanations provided to date have been inconsistent at best.

There are clearly a multitude of unhappy customers reflected in public reviews. I can only assume there are more beyond what is visible, which is concerning. I trust the authorities will take a close look at this situation.

A message to ROLI - provide the product, or provide a full refund. Stop taking people’s money without fulfilling your obligations and some free advice: take a more considered approach before attempting to shut down customer feedback.

For me, this is no longer about the money. It is about the fact that you have taken payment and not delivered the product.

I have a strong background in law and am well resourced to pursue this properly. You would be better served understanding who your customer is before taking this approach.

Still Waiting

I guess it would be great if we were actually receiving what we ordered within the promised timelines
As For the Piano

Let's see, batch 16 U.S. was supposed to ship already. It's been listed as "shipping" for more than a month.

Batch 17 was supposed to ship "mid March" Welp, mid March has come and gone.

Batch 18 was supposed to ship mid to late March, but we can't count on that one because batch 17 hasn't even shipped yet and March is over in 2 days.

I ordered my piano on Dec 10th. The web site stated it would be shipped end of January. But the end of January came and I received an Email stating because of supply issues I would instead receive my order early April and would get a free year of the learning app for my trouble. (people are now reporting the codes have expired)
Having kept a close eye on the Batch order schedule on Roli's, I now have zero confidence in receiving anything as promised as the dates for previous batches have come and gone with zero changes or updates. Even worse I see reviews of people waiting a lot longer.

I think it's time to tell people how to request their refunds promptly, because it is apparent that promises are not going to be kept.

NEVER EVEN GOT ONE

I ordered a piano on December 5th, hoping to give it as a Christmas gift to my kid. I received a confirmation email thanking me for preordering the piano and stating that it would be ready in January. I was disappointed but accepted that maybe I had missed this detail while shopping. I bought something else for Christmas and waited patiently.

January came, and I got an email from Roli. I was excited, thinking it would be a tracking number… but no. It was another delay notice, this time saying my item would ship in early April. Now it's almost April, my order still isn’t even marked as processed (and it should be if they were to acutally make it on time).
ONE EMAIL. 3 MONTHS WAITING.

And as a “sorry” gift, Roli sent me a code to use their app. Thanks I’ll be sure to use it ONCE I RECEIVE MY PIANO! Oh wait… other buyers report the codes are already expired before their items even arrive.

Embarrassing.

Order Jan 26 - Items just don’t arrive AGAIN

Second order Jan 26

After being told there was a “Shopping basket” system error at the time of my first order (Nov 2025 - ordered in the hope would arrive by chrismas…. It did not!), was told by support, when they finally got back to me 2 months after the order…they said I would have to raise another order that I was assured would arrive mid March.

It’s now 23rd March 2026 5 months after the original order - items have still not arrived! And no order update

Tried to contact support March 18th, 20th and 23rd … radio silence.

I think these products are good but with delivery and support ( or lack there of) I can’t, in good conscience recommend this company to ANYBODY!!!

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

P.s you never know if there marketing team picks up on this review I may get some progress, not holding my breath….

Day after adding this review got a tracking number from Royal Mail AND a message from ROLI via trustpilot apologising (again) and asking for my order details! Which I have now updated via trustpilot.

Moral of the story, if you want an update from ROLI support, write a scathing review here and you seem to get a response.

All that said…. I still have not got my items!

My items have arrived!!. I thank ROLI for completing my order. It’s been a long road. I got a Royal Mail confirmation that the items had arrived followed by a messag From ROLI support confirming the same thing. Everything is accounted for and working.

If ROLI can just work on their deliver pipeline and comms with Customers I’m sure they will succeed.

Great assistance

I really wanted to like the Seaboard M, but I initially struggled with it, due to weird behaviors at first I thought were skill issues. Then life got in the way, and I had to set it aside for a few months. Next year, when I got back to it, I stumbled upon a comment somewhere describing similar issues to what I was experiencing, with a reply from Roli encouraging the user to contact them for a replacement.
I did as well; they were absolutely kind and competent, and eventually sent me a replacement which works flawlessly and is frankly great.
Turns out they had to deal with a batch of faulty sensors for their products. Sucks, but they dealed with the issue with the utmost professionality.

incomplete delivery

They won’t give me my money back

I bought my keyboard in December and this whole experience has honestly been beyond frustrating. Half of the order arrived only about 1.5 months later, and the Airwave arrived almost 3 months after purchase. By that point I had already repeatedly asked for a return and refund because the entire process had become unacceptable.

Since then, I’ve been trying for months to get my money back — over €600 — and I still cannot reach an actual person. Every message leads to automated replies, no real support, no solution, no refund.

Waiting 3–4 months for my own money while being ignored is simply unacceptable. At this point I’m seriously angry and extremely disappointed by how this is being handled.

i ordered the Roli and airwave bundle…

i ordered the Roli and airwave bundle in Nov
and still waiting!!! I got the airwave and had several emails pushing back on delivery. They have offered credit on the subscription but without the piano this is totally useless and i feel cheated. Horrendous customer experience and i want a refund but it’s impossible to get hold of anyone.

Unfortunately a big disappointment on the part of this company that in the past had made itself so available with customer support for the purchase of their other tools. Now, however, with the purchase of the last ROLI Piano (the one with 49 colored keys) arrived at the beginning of November 2025 damaged, after several e-mails and communications to the ROLI support on their site, to date after about three months I have still not received a response that allows me to replace the instrument. Practically after waiting a year for the pre-sale purchase, now after three months of arrival unfortunately damaged, the instrument is still closed in the box because I can't use it, really absurd!!! Never seen similar behavior with other companies, yet I own many tools of various brands. Something like this has never happened to me, I don't wish it on anyone!!!

Super late shipping 4 weeks to 7 months and cou ting

I placed an order for an item on Oct 28, 2025, and the website said ships in 4 weeks. When I raised a ticket in January about this, I was then told it would be shipped by the end of February 2026. This meant a 4 months shipping timeframe and not 4 weeks when ordering.
I've gone onto the Roli Order Management site to track my order and it is showing, "Still waiting to be processed". I've had no update or tracking number.

Previous Experience with Roli
I was in pre-order batch 4, Oct-24 for my Airwave. It got "lost"after 15 months of waiting, and Roli just placed me to the back of the queue in batch 19 - promising Apr-26.
I waited a year for my Roli Piano when I was in pre-order batch 1.
So you can understand my frustration with not receiving anything again from Roli.
In the past, I do not even get a response to raising support tickets, just the automated intial one saying they are busy, and then a follow-up one saying they are still bus, well that figures.
What has worked is when I put a 1 star review on TrustPilot. They'll ask me for my order number again even though itis in here, and say it is a real person answering - AI at its entertaainning best. Whatch this space, I'll post if it ever arrives, both this order and my Airwave from October 2024.

45+ days waiting for a response from support

After months and months of waiting, broken promises, we finally get our keyboard and it's defective. The entire plastic casing has chemical stains that make the keyboard look horrible.

I reached out to their customer service to try to get this resolved. I am going on over 45 days of waiting. Yes, 45 days. I am not kidding. ROLI support ticket #240305 (cut Jan 17, 2026). Zero responses to ticket, to the follow-ups.

ROLI is simply ignoring my request hoping I will go away. I can't think of any other reason. They took my money, and will not follow through. I have started the process of reporting this as fraud with my bank. I am not sure what else I can do here. Guess I need to accept I'm out $540.

I strongly strongly recommend avoiding this company entirely. I am not sure if this is something I can report to the police, but I will certainly investigate all the options I have.

UPDATE 21/03/2026: I received no communication from Roli since their comment to this review. Another fail!

See the emails I have received from Roli below.

I placed an order back in December 2025. Still not arrived and their constant delays are shocking. I have never experienced such poor service.... and I don't even have the item!

They are the worst company I have ever had to deal with - extremely poor service to customers and the shipping process/ lead time is unbelievable!

It cannot be ok for a company to perform like this. I strongly urge anyone to avoid purchasing from this company

I’m reaching out because, unfortunately, we’ve encountered a further delay in getting your ROLI Piano to you. I know this is not welcome news. Your Piano was due to arrive in the middle of March, but it is unfortunately not ready to be dispatched.

We continue to wrestle with a series of supply chain issues related to the sensors that activate the keys. While the previous batches have all performed to standard, the latest production batch has failed our quality checks, and the supplier is producing new sensors as a result. The knock-on effect is that your Piano shipment will be further delayed. We expect your unit to ship in 6-8 weeks, i.e., commencing around the end of April. We will do everything to accelerate delivery against this timeline.

I’m really sorry for this further delay. You’ve been waiting patiently, and these types of issues are hugely frustrating. If you have an open query with our Support team, we are continuing to work down the backlog and will be in touch as soon as possible on that front. Your decision regarding whether or not to continue waiting is entirely up to you. You can ask for a refund, and if you decide to hold out, we will, of course, extend the returns window as mentioned previously. But I really do believe you will love the product once it (finally!) arrives.

amazing products, worst (no exaggeration) delivery experienced in life :( and still waiting

*UPDATE Mar 30*: no changes in my order. I feel that here, on TrustPilot, the team replied to show a prompt reaction to public review. But in fact it changed nothing in my issue and the support thread manager #238242 is ignoring me. Soon it's 5 months since I made an order.

Where to start... I am still waiting for an order made in November with a mark on order page saying "delivered by Christmas". Support tickets are not getting a reply for weeks and once replied, no specific commitments/dates are offered. The social media people are more responsive, but they also do not offer any solutions/concrete days.

I am very careful with 1-star reviews, but from support forum, it seems hundreds of other people are getting treated this way. Too sad when you pay €700 and get treated like you've ordered a €0.07 rubber band from Aliexpress. And unfair for the product itself, the anticipation for creativity is getting buried by the company's operations.

Apologies, even I feel bad leaving such low review — happy to update it later.
