This has been the worst experience in…

This has been the worst experience in our lives. We still waiting for final handover. Our certification fell through because Rogers Pool connected the plumbing wrong. My kids hurt themselves as there are some very sharp corners still after weeks of brushing. The response as usual is not that of an empathetic service provider but a back and forth in emails, a call your own plumber to fix it and promise someone will contact us re the sharp pool interior which hasn’t happened in over a week. The lack of customer service is astonishing!! Ricky is the least service oriented person I have ever encountered and on top she has to be right, doesn’t ever want to actually solve anything in the customers best interest as nothing is ever their responsibly. Spare yourself the headache and pick someone else. Ellie

Update! After wasting everyone’s time with master builders mediation (why would they bite the hand that’s feeding them!!), still not finished and key documentation hasn’t not been provided to the certifier.

Their design service is a waste of time and money

I contacted Rogers Pools as I noticed they had won a pool of the year award.

Well it only got worse from that point on.

I asked for a pool design as they offer a design service for a fee of $680, done by Ricki-Lee Rogers.

They did a site inspection and created something in a 5 week period that was nothing more than a rectangle with a day bed. I was told by Ricki-Lee that she is a perfectionist and needed extra time. Not sure what was done as it was the most basic design I could imagine.

Ricki-Lee offered to do a second design and then added in things I did not ask for such as a spa saying she loves hers.

They may build good pools but their design services are a joke and they rip their potential customers off.

Avoid the design service at all costs.
