Contacted them to discuss a property. Before even asking my name, they wanted to know my annual income. They also require you to have been in a particular job for 3 months. The lady was incredibly rude and unwilling to consider any other options.
Roger Dean are our Management company we deal with. I have been living in my property that had been serviced by 2 other management companies, and we had no say in anything as residents, until Roger Dean came on board.
I became a director and it was through myself and another director, we were able to move to Roger Dean.
We had discussed with Carole that we had a very bad experience of a management company not listening to our needs as 36 shareholders.
Carole and the team work alongside us, and we have been able to update the balconies, and soon our next project of the communal windows and doors will be underwayof modernisingour development. The staff are always friendly and if we have any complaints Carole and the team sort this out immediately. She has been so successful on the North side of Manchester that another complex has taken up the services of Roger Dean.
Terrible staff who cannot be trusted. Illegally enter your property and lie on forms. Should not be allowed to operate.
Roger Dean have been nothing but Brilliant! From a sales point of view our property went on the market quick, we got plenty of viewings, the customer service was a breath of fresh air. Always someone available, communication was excellent right to the end of the sale, always there to help. Sales were excellent no pressure to change price, offers were put forward sale was agreed.

we rented a flat from Roger Dean nearly 10 years ago and again they were brilliant then. The flat was maintained to a high standard, all necessary checks were carried out and the property was well looked after. Any maintenance issues were dealt with quickly and to a good standard.
Happy Tanants we rented for nearly for 1 year 8 months and got on the property ladder after.
