My fiancé and I are so grateful to have stumbled across ROEN. Before we found Sherry and James, we were very overwhelmed with all the engagement rings in the world that didn’t speak to us. Not only does the team at ROEN have impeccable taste, but their jewelry is made with unbelievable craftsmanship, and they have such a beautiful ethos that runs throughout every aspect of their business. Other than our engagement ring (which is a work of timeless art), I’ve bought other pieces from ROEN to celebrate special occasions, and I get so many compliments on those pieces as well. I feel very lucky that we found a team that our families can build a relationship with and come to for many years to come.

After years of wearing gold plated earrings that eventually tarnished, I decided to upgrade my everyday earrings to the solid gold Gaia mini hoops. The earrings are good quality, surprisingly lightweight, and have a secure clasp, perfect for daily wear. Would recommend!

Found out about Roen after doing some internet research on my own. They were able to craft for me a custom rose gold wedding band with all the details I specified. When it comes to jewelry, they seem to really know their stuff, but they never come across stiff or snobby about it. Just a great customer service experience all around.

We worked with Sherry and James to create a custom engagement ring and it came out perfectly. They were so kind and helpful every step of the way, and it was amazing to see the ideas translated so well into sketches, renderings, and of course the final product. Our ROEN piece was overall a better product, experience and price compared with some of the more well-known jewelers we had shopped around.

Roen was fantastic to work with! They were very helpful in the design process, keen eye for details and really friendly! Ultimately they produced a stunning ring with beautiful craftmanship.

Spent a couple months doing research for our engagement ring, so it felt a bit overwhelming with all the options out there. Ultimately chose ROEN for the price and service and they over delivered on both :)

The best around! Seamless process!

Their gaia hoop earrings appear to have serious quality issues. I ordered a pair that arrived with bent and uneven clasps. Hoping that it was just a one-off issue, I requested to exchange them for another pair. It took a month, and multiple follow-ups, to get Roen to send the replacement pair. They arrived today, and the clasp is partially detached from the hoop, exposing the hollow inside. I'm shocked by both the manufacturing defects and that Roen clearly does not quality check their items. Even more baffling, their customer service response suggests that Roen sees no issue with sending customers $300 earrings that are not fully welded together. The designs are beautiful but if these are Roen's quality standards, I would avoid at all costs.

I ordered a pair of 18K gold hoop earrings for my daughter on Black Friday for Christmas. They arrived on time, beautifully packaged, and with supreme quality. She was very pleased. The online ordering process was very user-friendly, and I am very satisfied!

I had purchased the Astrid tennis bracelet to start off and was OBSESSED with how the roen team handled everything. There was a little issue with the clamp, but after messaging sherry they had me send it back to get it fixed and the bracelet is PERFECT. I was so happy with the craftsmanship and the customer service provided with my concern I went on to buy the Astrid earrings, LOVED it as well and ended up buying some more for my family members. Everytime I raised a concern with the team members, they were so kind and so helpful and they got it handled quickly. Needless to say I will be a long time customer and will GLADLY encourage others to shop here as well.

Ordered a three carat plus lab Diamond ring from ROEN to award myself.
The quality and color of the stone is superb and the Tien band setting is beautiful and I can’t ask more. Price is smart and the associate was so helpful and easy to communicate.

Second bracelet purchased was not same design as the first and the website picture had not been updated so was disappointed. The old clasp was a differentiator and now that’s gone. Team did offer refund/exchange and were quick to respond which I appreciated.

Customer service is good and kind. Shipping for my order was quick and the products I ordered were high quality and a great deal for the value.
