Save your money, don't order

Order I made was shipped with false contact info, even tho I gave the correct info when placing the order. Therefore I never got any information that the item, that I'd already paid for, was in customs and they needed my actions. Local carrier then just sent it back to the sender, because they couldn't get in contact with me. Because of the false contact info. Now the shop doesn't answer to any of my emails nor dms in instagram where they also advertise. Feels like a scam, save your money please.

I am extremely disappointed with my…

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Rody Sewing.

I placed an order on November 5, 2023 and never received the package. Despite multiple follow-ups over more than a year, the issue has still not been resolved.

The seller initially provided a UPS tracking number, but there is no delivery confirmation, and UPS was unable to locate the shipment. Instead of investigating properly, the seller keeps asking me to provide proof that the package was not delivered — which is unreasonable, as customers cannot prove a negative. It is the seller’s responsibility to ensure delivery or provide valid tracking evidence.

What is most frustrating is that the seller now claims they cannot access tracking information because too much time has passed, effectively leaving the customer without a solution after taking full payment.

There has been no refund, no replacement, and no accountability. Communication has been slow and unhelpful, and the responsibility has been shifted entirely onto me.

This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have had by far.

Disappointing quality, poor customer service

I ordered a sweater from this website. After one wear two small parts of the print already came off, before I even washed it for the first time. When I reached out, I got an apology in poorly written English with care instructions about washing the sweater, and a 5% discount for my next order. For a 40 dollar sweater, the quality is subpar. I would not recommend this website and will not be ordering here anymore.
