I have ordered from Rodial before the products are amazing but I had an order not show up so got in touch I can honestly say never had better customer service absolute dream my order was with me less than 18 hours later would recommend to anyone

I tried to use a first-timer discount to sign up for emails etc and it wouldn’t let me use it as there is a minimum spending amount in order for it to work! In my opinion, that is lame! I also emailed to see if I could amend an order I just had placed & was told no. Otherwise, I like the product I ordered!

I just started using the Rodial primer and glow drops. I am obsessed with them and will be ordering some pink blush drops. The customer service is amazing which is a strong selling point for me.

I bought the banana Lowlighter wow,! What a great find I saw a friend that I haven’t seen for a while and she commented how fresh I looked it’s an amazing product I now can’t be without it

Good quality products and fast delivery. I bought the eye sculpt that I’ve been using for almost 10 years. Easy to use; buildable and long lasting. I was shocked that it was on 50% discount, so I bought 2!
The Lip Oil is great too. Really helps keep lips moist and smooth while adding a tint of colour. I bought the set of 3 and love them all.

I have already left feedback on the item . I took the quiz , although it’s only a guide , however the color of concealer was completely wrong . This has left me unable to use the product

I am very impressed with these products and even more with the customer service, my package with products from this company was delivered to another place, so I wrote to Rodial and I wish every company such customer service, apart from the fact that I wrote to them on Saturday evening, I got a reply within half an hour, they took the matter very seriously and on Sunday the next day with expressions of sympathy for what happened to me I received a question about a refund or sending the products again ... I have never met such a responsible and fast in acting customer service. I recommend Rodial products with full responsibility👌👌

Great products, excellent sale offers and speedy delivery.

Love all the Rodial products I’ve purchased and also got some in Advent calendars. Lip oil is gorgeous and very hydrating blush is also very pretty.

You do not have free delivery to EU. You will still need to pay customs charges and Rodial will not help or refund.

The message on their website is a lie, they told me I have to liaise with the customs to avoid fees even though their website states, "Great news, we are now dispatching from the new EU warehouse! No custom duties apply for orders to European Union countries. Your local tax rate will be collected at checkout. Couriers no longer need to contact you to arrange payment for duties and taxes before making the delivery."

They have been extremely unhelpful and refuse to see that they have posted a statement that doesn't reflect the reality of delivery on their help centre with regards to delivery to the EU
