Extremely bad customer service, slow and blame on customer with logistic issue of UPS. only want to claim money from customer, even UPS lost the package.
I used to love this brand I brought a few pieces in Paris but online website customer service and logistics are so bad and ruined my good impression of this brand!!
Background story: happened 1month ago till today haven’t solved at all.
It is ridiculous!! Your UPS delivery never arrived in my home and arrived in UPS point, I went to collect it they told me they never received it from UPS. now this customer service Isabella told me I received the package, and close the customer service case. Excuse me?? I’ve never received package from UPS. Can you monitoring how bad your customer service is??
