I’ve just moved out of one of ROCL Housing’s properties and I can honestly say the whole experience has been fantastic from start to finish. Kim and Tom were absolutely amazing throughout – always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful whenever I needed anything.
The moving-out process was easy and quick, which made everything so much less stressful. The portal was also very easy to use, making it simple to report anything or keep track of information. Any issues I had during my tenancy were dealt with quickly, and their response time was always impressive.
