Easy assembly, looks great, but it stops there. I’ve had the sauna for a couple of weeks. Nothing but issues. Hearing is spotty, takes over an hour to get above 150. There are cold zones in the sauna, and the temp will start to drop or stahl around 150. Despite having 175 degree heat gauge it will not get to 175 and the company acknowledges it after I got upset it didn’t get to that. Buy at your own risk, but I’m in the process of returning mine.

Husband and I were given our sauna from our adult sons. It took 2 times to have us both hooked! We use it every other night - 35 minutes @ 135. Best gift we’ve ever received!

My 3-person Durango sauna is one of the best products I have owned for the last 9 years. it's been a great addition to my home gym.

I find that starting my day with a 30 minute sauna session (chromo lights on red for energy) really helps to start my day off on the right note. I find that I experience much better mental clarity, more energy, I am more relaxed and ready for the day.

When I get into my regular routine using the sauna M-F (30 minutes in the morning/evening), I notice my skin looks better, dark circles under my eyes go away, I sleep better, helps with my lower back pain and my hair always seems to look better too. I am completely refreshed after each sauna session, it's like recharging your batteries.

I am also an avid cyclist and spend a lot of time in the saddle in all weather conditions.

I usually sit in my sauna for about 15 minutes suited up (105 F) to increase circulation and to warm up my muscles before the ride.

I wait about 30 minutes or so after my ride before entering the sauna. I like to sit in the middle of the bench and put my palms up against each side wall to let the far infrared warm up my body.

Once I am warmed up, I like to stretch slowly while inside the sauna. This helps to break up lactic acid and speeds up my recovery time.

I look forward to using my sauna each and every time!

Terrible customer service. They don't return your calls and are rude. This includes sales and upper management. It is very disappointing.
