Poor customer service for warranty issue
I purchased a pair of boots online in September 2025 from Rocky Brand. The sole started separating from the boot in February of 2026. I reached out to customer service to get them replaced under the 1 yr manufacturer warranty. They said that they would only take 50% off of a new pair. We went back and forth through email. I was asking for a replacement of equal value and then they stopped responding. I called and a rep spoke to the supervisor but would only do 50% off which I believe is poor customer service since I have only had them for about 5 months
