I just like the quality of clothing but I gave 4 stars because I bought some pants and the zipper was messed up and nobody moved got back to me to fix the issue so that was money wasted

My order was placed in my son’s name so it was cancelled . I went back in and changed it to my name and made sure all info was correct . For some reason my order keeps getting rejected . I was token back after confirming I was in fact the verified recipient of the order , and it still rejected after the 6th time . I don’t know how to move pass this. I connect with the help team but still was unsuccessful. I needed my order for BTS .

I love the designs and I love that they allow you to deliver to a post office box, which a lot of companies don’t. That really helps for a safe delivery instead of sitting outside at random times. The material is good quality and the clothes are spunky.

It was not the best
It was not the best. I feel like i should have had a chance to exchange it for a bigger size. I paid for shipping then I had to pay to return it. Now I have to purchase the shirt all over again as well as pay for shipping. Definitely not satisfied with this outcome.

I love the site and the brand itself. I just feel like they’re getting like every other brand when the clothing brand becomes popular. The material isn’t the same anymore it’s cheaper because of demand. Also I don’t like how long it takes to ship. Like it takes almost 5 days to get an update to shipping even with express.
