I placed an order with Rock’n Stroll in November 2024. The item was supposedly shipped from the US, but due to an error on the seller’s side (missing customs fees), it was never delivered and eventually returned to them.

I contacted the seller multiple times – at first, they responded with vague explanations. But as soon as I asked for a refund, they stopped replying altogether.

Despite repeated attempts over several months, I never received a refund or even a reply.

Avoid this seller. They don’t take responsibility, and once you have a problem, they simply disappear. Totally unacceptable customer service.

My baby liked this product.

This company is a scam will ask for product back and will ignore you after that. Non refund or contact after two months. These crooks should be arrested.

Paid a lot for nothing, device not strong enough to rock stroller at all. No customer support. They do not answer messages sent by email, facebook, instagram or website. Do not order. one of the reviews on here is the business owner pretending to be a customer. sure sign of a shady business...

Absolute scam, garbage product. Does not work and no answer from customer service.

I wouldn't order the RocknStroll, just a lot of social media/marketing hype, customer service is awful. After very delayed delivery and missing our trip that we ordered this for, I requested a refund. On top of the €18.95 for delivery and the €35.30 import tax I had to pay and the 3 weeks delay because they didn't prepay duty, miss labelled the package on the customs form, and didn't provide the requested invoice copies for customs, all according to UPS. Then they wanted me to pay for return shipping and an $18 restocking fee. This is disgraceful service and more than the item is worth in total, never again.
