Item never arrived – seller stopped responding when I asked for a refund
I placed an order with Rock’n Stroll in November 2024. The item was supposedly shipped from the US, but due to an error on the seller’s side (missing customs fees), it was never delivered and eventually returned to them.
I contacted the seller multiple times – at first, they responded with vague explanations. But as soon as I asked for a refund, they stopped replying altogether.
Despite repeated attempts over several months, I never received a refund or even a reply.
Avoid this seller. They don’t take responsibility, and once you have a problem, they simply disappear. Totally unacceptable customer service.
