Don’t waste your money or time dealing with these clowns .. you will never get your package and then they refuse to refund your order stealing your money. Even after they claim all orders or insured and claim the carrier lost the package.

Stay far away from these guys !!!!

I ordered two shirts I received nothing. I didn’t know it was coming from outside the US. I contacted their customer service and they said it was delivered and refused to reply any longer. A total rip-off. I should’ve known better than to buy bootleg merch

Never again… Parcel got lost, no response… started PayPal Case… another Package was shipped but Items I ordered were missing… still try to get my payment refunded nearly three month later.

My grandson liked the Led Zeppelin T-shirt, but it was a little smaller than I thought it would be

I bought a cool sticker.
It got here pretty quick.
I love it, thank you. I have, however,
received one million emails since.
I don't love that.

Easier to just provide the text of the latest email I sent to this "company"...and reading their responses to other reviews from frustrated customers tells you all you need to know about this "company"...

Is there anyone there who’s thinking of responding to my request for a refund? Perhaps you’re unaware that you don’t get to keep the money if you have no intention of shipping the product that money paid for…ordered almost 2 months ago…there is absolutely no credible reason that almost two months have passed since I made an order on your website and yet no action has been taken to fulfill the order..

If I don’t hear from someone in the next day or two I’ll just contact my credit card company, provide to them the details of this situation, and request the charge be removed from my account.

I recognize this may take some time but it’s not a life changing amount of money and taking weeks or months is just fine with me as long as your company is held accountable for your apathetic treatment of your customers and orders made in good faith…

Please advise…

If I could give this company ZERO stars, I sure would. The lack of customer care regarding getting back in a timely manner, no phone number to call, and NO shipping information on this site. Funny how the site is suddenly not available after making a purchase? Sounds like a scam to me. I purchased a tshirt, and it finally arrived after almost 20 days. When I open my order to see that it looks literally nothing like what I purchased online, the quality is horrific, and it is FAR from an authentic band T. Highly suggest NEVER making a purchase on this site. If I don't get a refund for returning this item after a week... oof. Beyond upset I purchased from this seller.

Since apparently, my order number on my review "Was not from rock merch," according to you guys, it sure was. Would you like proof of my package with your company name on it, or better yet, the confirmed email with the order number? I am extremely fed up with your customer service and lack of customer care. If you can respond to awful reviews, why is it you can't respond to emails?

Website is not available; orders placed and paid for, but no confirmation of shipment. No customer service number to call.

Was able to easily locate shirts I wanted to buy. The shirts arrived and I am very happy with the size and quality of them.

Everything arrived and met my expectations.Thank you, I will order again.

The last thing I need is more tee shirts. But that won't stop me, and having Rockmerch around makes it way to easy. You guys have so many merch options, artists and styles. SO, thank you for indulging my addiction to tee shirts, much to my wife's chagrin. Keep rockin'!
