10/10 chewing gum and helped my jaw
The mint flavour last for a while and I really feel my jaw muscles getting stronger on the first day after chewing for around 2 hours.But anyway I would recommend the mint flavour if you want something that lasts while you chew but the bubble gum and mango taste very nice

The chewing gum came at an alright time and when I first tried it, it was a real mission for my jaw but now my jaw feels it is a lot easier and the chewing gum has trained it up a lot. Also the vitamins and healthy additives inside just make it that but better.
