Very, very helpful and came through when others (30+ advisers) could not help
I wanted a mortgage at a particular LTV (20%) for a recent (less than 2 years) immigrant (Tier 2). I contacted over 30+ mortgage advisers including specialist advisers and none of them were able to help. After contacting Rockhopper, I heard the usual: yes sure we can help individuals like you. The only difference was they actually helped. It took a while to get sorted, but we made it over the line in the end. Our two contacts (David and Alex) were very, very, very, super helpful and always responded promptly and were in constant contact. They went above and beyond to help and were able to find solutions for some of the tough issues. I would highly recommend them as they helped me to achieve what seemed to be virtually impossible
