I ordered a custom oval to round stove pipe adapter from them and it was well made and fit perfectly. I wasn't sure when my order was to be completed so sent an email to the company. They got right back to me on when I would receive the package. Guess what? It was delivered that day. Very professional company service and product wise.

I would never do business with this company again. Bought one of their higher end stoves which got damaged in shipping. Needed a door, door handle and glass. They simply would not ship a new door and stated it could not be tweaked due to it being cast iron and would have to be cracked if damaged. Ended up sending the stove back at their expense after a month of back and forth. Poor customer service at best

I recently installed Rockford Chimney Supply 6" flexible 361Ti liner and double wall stove pipe. Flawless. Jeff (customer service) was ever so helpful configuring the order and advising on installation details. I ordered directly from Rockford. Delivery was third day from order! Product quality is excellent.

I ordered a stainless liner and a pulling cone on separate orders. Both orders said it could take up to three weeks to ship. Both took over three weeks. I would be ok with this if I had been notified. Delays happen but the customer should be notified. Also I asked about the first order and was told they didn't know the status but it magically shipped the next day. I asked about the second order and it magically shipped that day. Don't expect your orders to ship untill you complain then magically they will be on their way.

Also the square liner is nowhere close to square. I had to reshape the end to get it to fit the snout.

I bought a custom reducer from Rockford when I replaced a circa 1959 freestanding fireplace with a wood stove. I worked with Jaquelin who was extremely helpful and dedicated to getting me the part I needed. I highly recommend Rockford.

My old wood stove fireplace chimney was rusted through in places near the top. Rockford made a custom size chimney chase cover that fit perfectly and matched it with new pipe and a wind proof topper.
It took more time to measure than install. Metal was a good thickness, welds and fit were great.
Several phone call helped me measure and get exactly what I needed.
No more worries about rain coming down the chimney or inside the house.

I special ordered a stainless chase cover that was quickly delivered and fit like a glove. Followed the exact measuring directions presented on the web site and it worked great. Craftsmanship and finish is top notch. Really appreciate the great product and service. Thanks!

I called to order parts and to make sure they were going to work with my setup. The person that answered the phone walked me through the website telling me what I needed. When I received the parts they were not the right size.When I called back they told me the parts would not work. I was told I could return them with a 10% restocking and was charged a 30% restocking fee.

However, after I talked to them about this issue they did refund me the complete purchase. If you call about anything, make sure you talk to a Technician.

Had a custom crown for my chimney made. Quick service and no problem.

I bought a 35ft 7in Smooth wall flexible liner with 1/2 million in of insulation wrap. Ordering was easy and the diy instructions were helpful. The liner came Separate from the other items in the kit and came a few days later. I did buy some wire to wrap the insulation sleeve tight to the liner(I've seen lots that include this it would be a nice addition to the kit). I used the return option for the pulling cone and did have to do a little negotiating to get my refund. The instructions were unclear about this process but sounded very easy. In all the quality seems great and I did get everything I needed and had a good experience with customer service.

Purchased an 8" stainless liner kit. The parts were very high quality. The fit was perfect. The parts were correct. The shipping was fast. All contact by phone and email was pro. The next liner kit I need will come from Rockford for sure. Thanks ! ⚡️⚡️⚡️

I ordered a custom-made stainless chimney chase cover and a rain cap. The rain cap I ordered online wasn't one that would fit my existing flue very well. The folks at Rockford figured out that my selection wasn't probably what I needed and they called me to make sure. I'm glad they did, because the one I actually needed would fit my existing chimney set up better, and even cost less. They refunded the difference immediately. The custom-made chimney chase cover and rain cap were delivered in less than a week from my initial order. Great work and customer service!

I ordered my liner from Amazon. I'm a homeowner not a contractor. Rockford's web site and associated videos were very helpful. Including cueing me in that I had a wrong part. Rockford was very helpful getting me the part I needed and exchanging out the part I did not. The liner is in and appears to be doing its job. Although in truth it is out of site out of mind.
