Super fast customer service. No complaints at all. So many swap pairs and cross chain swaps!

They responded quickly and flexibly and the issue was resolved the same day

Specifically, they manually and immediately exchanged my old, unsupported RVF tokens
for Ethereum chain tokens.

It's rare in this industry, and I felt that this was a trustworthy project (team).

Excellent support from the RocketX to recover funds that were accidentally sent to a wrong address. Experienced fast coordination and resolution to the situation when it required significant back and forth with the RocketX partner. Would highly recommend the platform, my faith is crypto was restored with this incident.

Didn't move my $RVF out of BSC yet. Because the Ferrum bridge was down I made a support ticket on the app. Was quickly contacted by the staff and they helped me to bridge manually from BSC to ETH chain.

Besides a fast platform, they also provide fast assistance.

I had 2 failed transactions and they responded within 10 mins.. Then it got resolved for both of it within the day!

I was making a USDTRX-ETH exchange and firstly the exchange partner of RocketX could not process the exchange because I my payment below minimum amount for the partner to exchange. I was presented with a refund option and agreed to it, however, the exchange partner refunded my money to another address. Nevertheless, once I was able to prove the mistake of the exchange partner RocketX compensated me with my full deposit. I am pleased with the experience now

Somehow 2 payments went through for one swap transaction. I thought the worst. I thought that I had lost my 2nd transaction. I sent a ticket, not really expecting much. Boy was I wrong!!
Within a few minutes , I got a reply saying they were looking into it. Within a few hours my funds were retuned to me. Seriously excellent customer service!!

I have been using RocketX since 2021, and have invested in the as well A++++

I had 2 out of 20 swaps that took more than 8 hours. That may sound bad, but support has been great in both cases - in one case they could speed it up, and in the other they could revert the whole swap. It's probably due to something getting stuck at a centralised partner exchange, but at the least the funds don't get hijacked. Also, the other 18 swaps went through pretty fast - 10 minutes at most.

RocketX Exchange is the perfect tool for making swaps that other exchanges don't have. They also have great support and will work with you if you have any problems. That is a big plus in a world of exchanges that are totally unmanned. I actually had a problem with one swap and after working with RocketX support they were able to recover my funds and return them to my wallet.
