I gave this order to my usual supplier 5 weeks ago they said they were having supply issues, so I went online and Rocket Rubber popped up first so I placed the order and received the goods in 3 days. From now on I know where to go for my orders. Cheers

Good product, delivery needs improvement.
Phoned to ask if delivery could be next day, was told they would try but it could be two days, delivery ended up taking 4 days.

Thank you for review and feed back, I have looked into this and your product was originally despatched same day of order for next day delivery but for some reason was returned to us by our courier and had to be sent again. We do use a very reputable nationwide courier service and do not experience many problems. However on the odd occasion couriers do make mistakes.
We are very sorry that you had to wait a few days for your delivery. We always strive to give our customers the very best in product and service and will do our best to stop this happening in the future
