Disgusting Company do not use! it is a chinese fake store - I ordered in October - never received - but they are clever - they send you a small "hello" post it note which then covers them by implying your items are delivered -- legally this company needs taking down

Order two items 16th September 2025 value £22, sent several messages, no response at all and no items delivered. £22 was taken from my account on 17th September. Absolutely disgusting service, do not order from this company

I have never received my order, neighter i could track it. When i complained at a so called Customer service, they said, i did receive my order, which is not true. I asked for refund and never got my payed money of 250 € back.
Very bad experience!

I ordered from what I thought was H&M. I ordered the end of September and I never received any tracking number or anything. I emailed and they answered saying mu order was on the way. Then I received a out for delivery email. Nothing arrived. I have since asked for a refund which they have said they've issued I've received nothing. I asked for proof the refund was issued but I've heard nothing. Stay away from these scammers.

I have received a confirmation order on September 16 and NEVER received the package
They Always answered tò my mail in the same way wirhout giving me details of the delivery.

Hi I brought a bronze vase via Facebook advertising. On the site. Rocket's.shop in September of this year. I sent email messages to that website. They replied calling me "Dear". A red flag!! This is a bogus website! Don't Ever buy from this company. They take your money. Or shall I stay stole my money. How can we ban bogus companies like this from Facebook?????

This is a complete scam. Ordered goods of what I thought was H&M sale shop and received nothing in return except a best wishes card. Follow up emails achieved nothing except it’s “on its way”. Sincerely hope Karma will strike all of these disgusting people!

Total scam
The payment from my bank shows a Manchester address.
I cannot find any trace of this company anywhere.
How can they get away with this? I was even sent a link to the Shop app to track my ( almost £200) order. All seemed so legitimate.

Scam! Order never arrived

placed my order weeks ago emailed them asking when my order is being delivered  reply I received from them because it’s on its way 
I think it must be coming from the moon cause it’s still not here. I’ve sent them more emails asking where it is and now they don’t reply at all. This is a total scam. I can’t believe this. This happens when you order something online. Is there anyway that I can get in touch with somebody to get my money back ? I’m absolutely disgusted warning to others. Please don’t use this site. I’ve read half of you. Have a reviews now and they’re all saying the same. How the bloody hell did I get away with it?

It is a scam. I never recieved my order, just a card with "best wishes"

Really should have checked reviews before ordering from this company. Scammers without a doubt. Order never arrived and no response from emails sent to customer services in China. My advice would be dont use them.

I placed an order on September 13th, kept tracking and waiting for tracking information to arrive, nothing !!!! Gone to check again this morning and my order on Shop has completely disappeared. Went to email them off the back of my original email and just get an error page.
Huge scam, do not use, I've now lost my money and not happy at all !!!!

The silk pillowcase I ordered two weeks ago has not arrived. The website I used has disappeared. Afraid I may have been scammed !

do not use this shop its a scam.

The webshop doesn´t exist anymore. No way to check the order. I have to cancel the credit card payment. It seems a fraud.
