If you have any technical difficulties during the transaction don’t expect any help. I’ve tried calling, emailing, and their live chat system and I can’t get any help. They will just keep your money and not give you your items.

They don’t have the items . An operator ask to me for the collecting of an item before to give me. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I bought a $4 item, waited about 3 hours for them to add me on Epic, I get the friend request, accept it, they immediately go offline. I go to their customer service, they do not speak or understand English well at all. They say "we will invite you asap", crickets for 10 minutes, and for like 40 minutes it was a cat and mouse game of "did he invite you" "no" "i will tell him to hurry up" and so I boldly ask for a refund and give them a bad rating on their customer support panel and theyre like "ok i will tell him to hurry up", once again nothing for 10 minutes. Once again I boldly ask for a refund, "I will give you refund" and no refund, unadded and never spoken to again. A scam and complete waste of time, thank god it was only $4
