We never intend to mislead anyone – our goal is always to provide you with the best offer we can based on what we know at that time. As we move through the process, we're required to verify all the details before finalizing any loan. During this verification step, if there are differences between the initial information and what we're able to confirm, we may need to adjust the loan terms. It's important to note that all initial offers are subject to change based on verification – they become final only when you sign your promissory note and close on your loan.
