I found forwarding requested information some what burdensome but that was on me as I’m not really comfortable with tech. Other than that Rocket was great to work with. My mortgage is also with Rocket so I knew it would be a great experience. Thank you Rocket !

I had two other companies approve me…
I had two other companies approve me for a signature loan and both were so inept I couldn’t get through the final process to get funded. Their customer service people knew less about their system than I did, had accents so heavy I struggled to understand them, and their IT department was equally incompetent. Rocket Loans was fast, efficient and effective. Their customer service rep was equally competent. They had me approved and ready to go in a few hours and funded two days later. Great job Rocket!
