I'd like to share my experience using Rocketlink. First, I want to acknowledge that the tool has helpful features and is still functional. However, I've encountered some issues that have caused frustration.

My biggest concern is the frequent downtime. Losing a prospective customer due to a dead link is a real possibility, and unfortunately, this has happened to me multiple times--I schedule a meeting, use Rocketlink to shorten the URLs, and then the prospective customer says my link doesn't work. I use a downtime monitor on Rocketlink and have noticed short outages every few days which has negatively impacted my business.

I've attempted to reach out to their support team with questions, but to no avail. Despite their initial responsiveness when they launched and sold their lifetime deal, I have noticed a lack of updates from them.

Finally, I appreciate that Rocketlink's blog is updated regularly, but I have reservations about the authenticity of the content. According to huggingface, the probability that the content is AI-generated is 99.98%!

I highly recommend giving it a try if you shorten links on a daily basis and want to add some custom elements to them once you're at it.

It's a must-have for marketers. It provides unique solutions for building your custom audience and making the most out of remarketing.

Additionally, customer service works really well, onboarding is easy and the tool itself is very user-friendly.

I couldn't recommend it enough, you need to have in your toolbox. I've been using RocketLink since January 2019 and it delivers wonders.

RocketLink is one of the most useful marketing tools! It's so much more than a simple URL shortener, as I can add UTMs, targeting pixels, and even CTAs. We use it also to add a chatbox to the links we share online. RocketLinkis intuitive, and they have great customer support. I highly recommend it for every business :)

I love RocketLink for amazing features that allow my company to grow custom audiences in ad platforms by sharing third party links with our retargeting pixels.
Also, the support is very helpful. I had a problem with connecting my custom domain (I am not good with DNS and that kind of stuff) and they helped me set everything up instructing me live on chat. I couldn't be more happy.

Best retargeting software on the market! The best of RocketLink is the ability to see the audience of users who click on your links. It's very useful for measuring social media posts' performance.

Rocketlink has a very bad way of responding to questions in their facebook group.

I had a pretty simple question about the way Rocketlink is handling GDPR in 2018, and they promised to get back to me. Guess what: They didn't.

Than they changed the rules of this sa,e customer community group, and now they don't want questions like this not even mentioned..

For me it is okay, if i had known I would have directed the question directly to their specific url.

But than don't call the group a community.... with the tag line 'let's get better together'.But to able to respond to something and not give a decent answer to pretty normal question baffles me as a customer and a business owner myself.

I call BS on this way of treating existing customers.....

Do NOT use this product cause it probably won't handle GDPR the right way!! Otherwise they would have had an answer for that

Awesome tool - a must have if you are in the internet marketing industry. Chrome and Firefox extensions make RocketLink even easier and faster to use. If you are doing offline marketing, RocketLink also provide unqiue QR codes for your tracking links. Great support!

Best URL shortener for taking marketing to the next level.
RocketLink allows adding retargeting scripts to any link I share in social media, FB groups, forums and I am able to retarget anyone who clicked the link I shared.
Now I started to grow very well targeted audience exponentially thanks to the fact I can share any external content with my own retargeting pixels and retarget people from external sources.

This tool allows also adding any external tools via custom scripts integration and adding own call to action overlay on any website.
Adding an opt-in form or a live chat to somebody else's website is really powerful feature.
