Their doctor never called for my scheduled appointment. After waiting 15 minutes, I couldn't reach anyone to find out what was happening.
Update: After waiting over an hour, I finally reached online support, only to be told I would be now charged a $40 no-show fee because they claimed the doctor had called me multiple times. That is simply false. I was holding my phone the entire time waiting for the call. There were no missed calls and no disconnects.

I will never use Rocket Doctor again.
Scam company and now they’re saying I tried to miss my own appointment I was waiting for, after booking it that morning, then also trying to charge me for a service I never received is unacceptable. Use TIA health. They actually call back if you need a virtual doctor.

Friendly staff quick response/ reply time and the physicians are always courteous, understanding and will go above and beyond for your care!

Great experience with virtual care. Dr. Alex Morgan was very compassionate, took the time to review my history, and explained my treatment plan clearly via video. The online booking process, customer communication and follow up after appointments, all were great

Called me back at midnight after trying to make an appointment before noon.

Edit: you called me at midnight. You emailed saying your would attempt to call me again and never did. Not sure who you have working the phones calling people at midnight.

Quick service; my appointment was booked within 20 minutes. And the doctor I spoke with was personal, caring, knowledgeable, and thorough. She emailed me a requisition for a lab test almost immediately. And I love that I could talk to a woman!

I needed a prescription bridge between when I ran out of medicine until my next family Dr. Appointment. I was able to get an appointment same day, was greated by an amazing. Knowledgeable, and friendly Dr. Very professional. She was able to help and send my prescription to my pharmacy. Without her help I would have no choice but to be a burden on in the emergancy room of our already small town over extended hospital.

I always receive quick and hassle-free service. All of the doctors have been very accommodating.

Each time I use RocketDoctor it saves me from having to sit in a waiting room while feeling ill, or simply from wasting my time in general. I have used this platform for years for my basic medical needs such as prescription refills, support for cold/flu symptoms, etc. Each doctor I've spoken with has been kind and professional, while also being efficient. The booking process is simple, straight-forward, and easy to do right online with their customer communications team. Would highly recommend this service.

The prescription isn't covered by my insurance so I have to look elsewhere for the toe nail fungus treatment

Had an appointment at 9:20am. It is two hours later and I am still waiting. Called customer service line, it is just an automated message. Filled out the form inquiry on their website and emailed the admin email, no response. I even paid for this appointment-- I can't imagine it will be easy getting a refund. This is ridiculous.

A great convenient service if you do not have a Doctor. Have used Rocket Doctor for routine items. Especially prescription refills. Have gotten lab tests to verify and monitor the need for the prescription. Always happy with the service that is professional and timely from Rocket Doctor!

What an amazing experience, even when i wasn't feeling amazing. Dr. Dost was attentive, listened well to my symptoms, asked clear and direct questions, diagnosed my symptoms, and sent my prescription to my preferred pharmacy. Highly recommend this service! BTW, I'm feeling much better.

The service is great. I can talk with a Dr at home on my phone. My meds were renewed on the same day. The Dr send me some helpful information for tracking my BP and my type two diabetes. He also emailed me a requisition. Very pleased with this service as l no longer have a family Doctor. Thanks again. Bill Corbett

Fast and efficient service. Filled out the form on the rocket doctor website and an hour later I was speaking with a doctor. Had a prescription in my hand the same afternoon.
